I received messages from many companies, but this one stuck out because they had a higher number of reviews. When Yayrel, the owner, reached out I was very appreciative of how prompt he answered all my questions. We scheduled a deep grout cleaning for the master bathroom and a regular "move out" clean for the rest of the house. Great area rug cleaning service! So our dog had a little (big) accident on the area rug and it was stinky even after we tried cleaning it ourselves. I contacted a few vendors through Yelp and got pricing. Yayrel was very quick to respond, gave us a fair price and came out to do the job quickly. The service was amazing the result was beyond my wildest expectations and the owner who I spoke with and the person that did the work were so kind. I felt very comfortable. Usually when you have workers in your home there's always a level that I feel uneasy but not with keep it clean for less.He is not using cheap equipment Either I was expecting a guy to come in with the big bulky machine and be happy that it was done but knowing in the back of my mind I could've done it better... definitely not today not only was I impressed with the equipment that was being used but the end results I just can't say enough good things the price was the most competitive of all the companies that received quotes from.... the companies using the same equipment are charging g 3 times the money... needless to say... you will not be unhappy... my daughter recently started crawling... and now she will have free range of the whole condo... thanks Yarel...!!! read more

I was in search for a company to come and clean my 6 year old microfiber couch. In my search I turned to Yelp. I came across Keep It Clean 4 Less. I sent in a picture of my couch and within minutes I heard back from Yayrel. He explained to me what the price would be and what it includes. I also asked about Scotch guard and he mentioned it was extra cost which I was ok with. As far as price I found it to be a fair price. Scheduling was not a problem at all; I mentioned that both my husband and I work if it would be possible to schedule something after 6pm or on weekends. He offered me his next soonest which was Wednesday at 6pm. The day of the appointment Yayrel arrived before 6pm which was great. He asked if he could see the couch to make sure he brought down the appropriate equipment. He went over what he would be doing to my couch. He met my 2 young children and he mentioned that the Scotch guard had a strong smell to it in case I wanted to take my kids out of the room. He started working on the couch and I decided to have a microfiber lounge chair cleaned as well. Since I sprung the chair at last minute, I asked if we would have to schedule an appointment another day and he said no and was able to accommodate me. I found Yayrel to be very kind and very professional. He was knowledgeable about the work he was doing.
