The fellow there indicates he can do nothing to remove the significant snow in front of my unit and provided a link to make a complaint. Again, the number provide to "discuss" my issue goes to automation or the office. Terrible, no humans with authority to address the issue. Paying for storage I cannot access. The movers did take longer than I had expected to load the truck, but this was due to the care they took while loading. The trucks were packed so well and everything was handled with such care, that we did not have any items get damaged in the move. The staff was all around great. They were friendly and very helpful throughout the process. I can't say enough about how nice the process was from beginning to end. I highly recommend Liberty Bell Moving & Storage.

The person working with me even made a couple of decent jokes while going through the rental agreement I was signing. After reading some of the reviews I was originally concerned about doing business with this company. However, I was in a pinch and needed a vehicle for a move. I crossed my fingers bit my lip and much to my surprise the negative reviews are from people who can't read fine print or understand the companies billing process, or they came into this stressed out because they were moving.

Their employee told me that the $100 would be refunded and the actual price was $75. When I returned the rental and received the receipt it was double what my contracts says. They told me that because I didn't use CASH that there was NO deposit to be returned and that even partially the $200 + is not going to be refunded let alone the manager hung up on an irate customer who raised their voice and did NOT use foul language which made the customer even MORE irate and the regional manager is in agreeance with the store.

Karen was extremely helpful from the very beginning. We were looking for a 10x10 and at first she did not have one available, but then let us know shortly after our move that one had come up. As I filled the unit, I quickly realized that with the stuff we still needed to downsize yet and the two motorcycles, we would need a bigger unit. She put me on the list and sure enough, one became available a little over a month later. Throughout our move and the two units, Karen has been extremely easy to reach and ALWAYS gets back to me immediately, staying in touch the entire time we were waiting for the bigger units to come available. The grounds are nice and clean and the 24/7 gate access is awesome! I could not recommend Karen and Interstate more!!
