He too was knowledgeable, confident and personable. Our third contact was Kevin, a gentleman with a degree in Architect Design, who although we had been given a two hour window, texted early to give an exact time of his arrival. He was on time, knowledgeable, sharp and personable. He had equipment that I didn't know existed and knew how to use it proficiently. I also spoke with a friend who worked for him when he had another business which I believe was a Deli and didn't speak positive about him. I would not recommend Frank for any Granite work or even working for him. I'd never refer anyone. We had picked out the tile that we wanted and when she came to help us, she totally said "No - you can't use that tile on the floor in the bathroom".
