They saw what was wrong and fixed it. , Working with Zack and Eddie was a pleasure. They were on time, very friendly and were able to determine what was wrong. I was impressed with them. As a follow up, I asked them to provide me with an estimate for another project which we will do next month. Reached out them thru their website and got a reply from Mike (the owner) within few minutes. They collect initial information such as electric panel, location of installation and pathway from main box to the location. Mike stopped by few days later to survey the property and provided me an exact quote via online. The quote site provides option to pre-qualify for financing which was a convenient option. Once I accepted the quote, got an installation appointment date 2 weeks away. On appointment day, Gladiator team arrived right on time. They did an amazing job of pulling the cable through my basement ceiling without cutting or poking anything. They used good quality material to run the cable through the trench to the charging dock. They installed the charger and ensured my Tesla was charging properly post installation. It took them about 6 hours to complete the job and they were dedicated to it through out the time. John, Jessie, Marcus were amazing. Gladiator pulled the permit and scheduled inspection with the town. I received notification emails for each of the appointments and reminders as well. Once inspection was done, I got all the documents from them to submit to PSE&G for rebate program. Overall I had an amazing experience working with Mike and Gladiator team. Really happy to see such a great company operating from my town. Would recommend them for any EV or electrical job. Will reach out to them for any future work in my house.

I was able to secure an appointment and the Aufiero van showed up as promised. Vin, along with one of his teammates, were both very nice, respectful and knowledgeable in the field. Professionals to say the least. Some tests were ran and a few options were given as there was actually a few different things going on here. The house was old, there was some older unused wires and happenings behind a few of the box. The shorts which plagued us for a few weeks were resolved. He asked for half the money up front. This made me uncomfortable, but I gave him money against my better judgment. I asked him if I gave him half the money, if he would apply for permits the next day. He said "yes". This guy went to the bank with my check the same day! The money was gone from my account in less than a hour. This made me very nervous but I had faith. A week later, I called my town's building department to see if any permits were filed, they assured me that nothing was filed. I called EBU to find out what happened. The first thing the guy said was that he was upset I called with my phone's caller id blocked. He then said that he would just give me money back if I was going ask so many questions like I was doing. At some point, I decided that I no longer wanted to do business and asked for my money back. At this point , he proceeded to tell me how he couldn't refund my money because he paid for the permits (lie), already bought materials that couldn't be returned (another lie), spent so much time at my house (lie). I have 9 cameras all over my property. He was there no more than 10 minutes looking at my panel and maybe 35 minutes total at my property. When I called bulls**t on all on his lies, he told me I'd have to drive to his office to get my refund. I told him I was unwilling because I didn't feel safe. At this point, I was so disgusted, I just let me rip me off for a $250 service call, just so I could be done with this man and his lies. I have dealt with many contractors. This was among the worse experiences I have had. Stay far away and think long and hard before you give him money up front.
