It would flicker on and off and you have to manipulate the switch. The walls were covered in mold. The garbage disposal outlet never worked. We had plumbing issues and they never fixed it. We had to fix it ourselves and cover the cost. They do not hold up their end of the contract. They are trying to charge us for carpet cleaning after we had already paid to have the carpet cleaned. They stated that we had to wait to pay for the carpets to be cleaned AFTER they made all repairs to the house. Watch out for these people. They are scammers. They also go by the name of p&l property management.
