No excuse except to say they were sorry for the "miscommunication" and no response to my e-mail to find out what happened and why. For what it's worth, I've been involved in lots of real estate deals and while Jeff & Nancy may be excellent realtors, I personally wouldn't want this team on either side of a transaction.

I was looking for surveyors for a neighborly fence dispute and wanted to figure out the boundary. Out of all the companies I reached out to, they were not only the fastest to reply, but also the most helpful. I probably reached out to about 8 or 9 companies, most never replied, 3 total replied one of them just replied they would get back to me after a week (they never did), the other one quoted 12k for the work and where not transparent on what the work would actually be. Mark Andrilla from Cinquini was exceptional. Not only did we have a productive phone call where he explained the options for the survey, the different types (city manager had also requested a topo survey) and about placing flags on the boundary. He walked me through the pros/cons and went the extra mile pulling the parcel descriptions I was looking at. It turns out the zillpow and google maps lot boundaries are simplified, and the actual deeds for the 2 plots describe a zig zag border, which actually aligns with what I observed. Mark suggested me to first do an informal walk through and then figure out if it was worth going the extra mile and do a survey, he explained the costs and the state requirement to submit the survey to the state, a large cost in itself. In the end, I realized the current border zig zag, though visually it looks like encroaching, is actually barely so, perhaps an inch here or there, and not the several feet I thought there was. It's odd that the boundary between only these 2 parcels is not a straight line like for most others in the subdivision, but its clear as day in both adjacent parcel descriptions. In the end, Mark saved me the cost and aggravation of the survey and put to rest my concerns. He truly puts customers needs front and center, I fully recommend him.

She knows her field inside and out, and uses that knowledge towards the best service for her clients. Debbie is *the* agent to have on your side. Don't walk. Run. I laughed when I saw their 101 billboard advertising themselves as first responders. They are first responders like a vulture is a first responder to road kill. In other words, I am saying they engage in predatory business practices. If anybody else has been threatened with legal action for exposing these people please contact me and I can put you in touch with the best anti slapp attorney in northern California that already knows about these people. I am also happy to be a witness in any other legal action against this company. I have documents and emails that back up my claims here. I will testify to all facts above under oath in a court of law.
