We worked with Cory for nearly two years to find a place in the Sebastopol area. We were kind of fussy in our requirements and parsimonious to boot, but she never lost her patience or wasted our time looking at properties that didn't match up closely enough. When our offers weren't the accepted ones on some properties, her upbeat attitude helped move us off of our disappointment and on to the next opportunity in short order. Along the way, she educated us about the community, and its culture and governance. When "our" place finally came onto the market as a short sale with some serious complications, her advice how to construct a successful offer was the key to its acceptance from a field of other offers.
