I donated blood at this location last November. My January 2024 donation at this location was far and away a much more positive experience than my first visit last year. When I walked in I was acknowledged and greeted. Such a huge difference to be welcomed. The woman who assisted me through the blood donation process, Shaquendra aka Quen, was delightful and a real pro! I am happy to say that I will be returning to donate again later this Spring at this location. Thank you Quen for taking such good care of me.

During the process, I was reached out by a lady with the name of Lynda Rexroat and I was given detailed information about the role, was interviewed and was told to follow up by her once I was ready to move forward with touring the center to see if I liked the workflows before moving on to the next stage of the hiring process, this created the expectation that I was still being considered. After trying to follow up with Lynda Rexroat multiple times and waiting over a month, I received no response and was ultimately left without any communication regarding the status of my application. What disturbed me the most was Ms. Lynda Rexroat's inability/refusal to follow through what she had said. While I understand that not every applicant will be selected, GHOSTING candidates after setting EXPECTATIONS for next steps is disappointing, disrespectful and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I was saddened to experience these negative qualities from Lynda Rexroat and to see her LACK of knowing how to treat a human being with BASIC respect. A simple update or message from Lynda Rexroat or anyone else from the company would have made a significant difference, especially after reaching out MULTIPLE times for over the course of a month. I hope the organization improves its hiring communication process so future applicants are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve. Ghosting, is a really bad look. Not off to a good start. I was seen at an event at N. Fulton Hospital at the end of August. I got a…read morephone call in the first week of September trying to get me to book an appointment with Dr. Goodman since he was the doctor who saw me. I was out of town so I said I would call back. Called back today and was told right off they don't take market place insurance (Obamacare.) I don't have that kind of insurance. Even after telling the girl that answered the phone what kind of insurance I had she had to place me on hold several times to talk with the office manager. She came back on the line and told me they don't accept my insurance. So I called my provider. Sure enough this office is in my network. So my provider called them and conferenced me in after explaining to the new person that answered the phone that they did accept my insurance. Then they tried to say that the Dr. Goodman wasn't accepting new patients. That was a lie because a) He was the doctor at the event trying to get new business and b) the first girl I spoke to said he was booked until the middle of October but he was available after that.

Dr. Park was very kind and put me at ease during my procedures. Everyone was extremely nice, caring and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I'm just finishing up my treatment with the sclerotherapy sessions with Laura who is very thorough. It's like when you get a pedicure, this is the fun part like getting your nails painted. This is where I finally get to see the results of my legs looking and feeling great. I have a few more sessions to get to my final result. I'm excited to wear shorts next year. The diagnose was full covered by insurance, but of course, not the 3D. On top of that they charge $275 for it!!! I asked to NOT have the 3D RX, just a local RX and I was denied. They prefer to NOT take you call AT ALL, and loose everything, instead of working with you and do their proper job! This was ONLY the receptionist call, she did not talk with anyone in the office. She can do that call w/o asking any medical advice. Avoid like a black plague this business!!!
