On my 10th visit, they placed the needle in far too deep and when the blood was returned to my arm, it wasn't going into the vein, just into my arm tissue, so the skin quickly expanded into a huge egg-shaped balloon that stung more than I ever expected that would. Now I'm dealing with the biggest bruise of my life that looks like I play roller derby.

Every time I came to this location. The system was either down or they wasn't taking no new donors for some reason. Sometimes it'll be a line and of course I don't know how many people are actually at work at that time so sometimes I get it. Although most times when I went it would be maybe 5 people in line and maybe a few people in the back but they was still taking no donors. I would like to add I've been trying to do this for a full month now on different days at different times early and later in the day but same result. Even calling the donor advocates line didn't resolve anything and it seems like they are reading from a customer service handbook and not really able to help with anything other than basic donor stuff that you can research on the website yourself.
