It was so hard to keep the heat from burning the shisha and the quick lights were going out very fast (2 in an hour). My first visit I was a little overwhelmed and just bought the coco charcoals and stuck them somewhere in my house. Today I figured I would just get a bigger tray and bigger bowl for my small hookah. Not to mention an additional hose. Well people were coming and going and I was all confused. The lady was like why don't you just buy a bigger hookah????? Duh Not what I had gone in for but it made sense. Looked at a larger Mya hookah with a cage. How perfect was that. My small one seemed like a fire hazard with the short hose and small tray leaving ashes going everywhere. At this point I have the new larger hookah at the register (larger bowl, tray and bigger longer hose). Grab some more shisha and out the door. Did buy some more coco charcoals not really sure they were the ones I had bought before. Cleaned it and prepared my hookah. Coals took literally 7 mins. Started with one coal not a lot of smoke a lot of pull from me though. Added another coal..... We have a winner!!!!! This made my weekend. My little hookah will be used only when traveling. Oh the coco coals are awesome!!!! Burnt my finger thinking because it was black that it was not lit. This place has all you need and more. Great quality of items with a large selection. Really good customer service. They seem to know their regulars.

I asked they were old and…read morethe clerk inside said he ordered the darker packaging because they were stronger and that's what people have asked for. I didn't really believe him. I just hoped for the best. Vuse pods have new lighter packaging. Anything with the older darker packaging is old and stale. They should not be selling them to their customers. They are more than likely expired , mine were. I wasted my money.

You go there to meet and talk to people, try out new stuff, get some personal recommendations, and just kick back and relax a bit (unless you're on an urgent juice run). I don't really know everyone in the shop, but Kevin and Theresa are great people that don't mind just kicking back a bit and chatting with you about everything. No pressure atmosphere and they have great standards. They do their research, try things out, take feedback from customers, and apply it to their business. They don't want anything, but the best of experiences for us (customers). Have them do a coil build for you, Kevin does some great work on that stuff. TLDR - great people, great shop. Go hang out, find something you like. Have Kevin build you a very very nice coil. Enjoy yourself. Quit smoking lol.
