I enjoy people who are genuinely interested, curious, and enthusiastic about their work. She's passionate about design and possibilities. She came to my home tasked with recommending new cabinets and countertops. Practiced in measuring and design principles she scoped out the kitchen work, much to be funded by the insurance company. My kitchen adjoined a room addition that leads to my backyard. The space was unused. Angie recommended removing the wall that separated the kitchen, removing the pantry shelves, place the refrigerator in that former space, and extend the countertop into the addition with three more cabinets or two cabs and a wine cooler. I accepted her recommendation and now have MORE storage without a pantry, more livable/useful space and a beverage/breakfast area for sipping coffee or having a buffet style counter for cookouts & get togethers! She recommended the shelf drawers inside the cabinets and being able to pull out a drawer without having to dig to get to items in the back is wonderful. We shortened the length of the island and placed a drawer microwave beneath it. I thought I might miss the longer island, but am enjoying having more floor space instead. I had consulted with Angie when her previous employer redid my shower. That makes me a repeat customer of hers and she has earned my trust and respect. She's changed my life with her work and I am Grateful!

Several months ago we ordered a shower door and mirror for our guest bathroom remodel. The door…read morewas delivered on time only to find out that the installer didn't know anything about the mirror and when we checked with the owner we found out that he hadn't ordered the mirror. He offered to provide one he had in stock that was not the correct size but that he "thought would work." We declined that offer and he promised to order the correct mirror. When the door was installed, the installer put it up backwards so that the wall mounted shower head sprayed between the stationary glass panel and the sliding panel out into the bathroom. The owner assured us that it would be no big deal to switch it around so that the sliding panel was on the outside of the enclosure and that they would do that the next day. The installer did return the next day, but only to advise that the tile and threshold he drilled holes in to install the door the first time holes would have to be replaced in order to properly install the door was we required. The tile folks come out a week or so later to replace the tile but were told by Superior's owner that it was not necessary to replace the threshold. The next day when Superior's installer came back to install the door, he advised that he couldn't complete his task until the threshold was, contrary to Superior's owner's suggestion, replaced. Superior's owner confirmed that he would make those arrangements with the tile company, confirmed that the mirror was ordered and had arrived, and would be installed at the same time as the shower door. We were able a couple weeks later to have the tile people install the threshold and, following a long holiday weekend and after being without the use of the bathroom for at least a month, the shower door was installed correctly. The mirror that was delivered, however, was not the one that we ordered but instead was the one Superior had in stock that did not fit the bathroom space. When we asked the owner to order the correct mirror, he responded that he could do so but he had no idea when it would be delivered and that we should go and find the correct mirror somewhere else. These guys are a joke; and a bad one at that. The business service is abysmal. I can say that the shower door works correctly but only now more than two months after it was delivered. Can't say much about the quality of the mirror, however since it was never ordered. This place doesn't deserve my business or yours.

We paid tens of thousands of dollars for a high end bedroom/master bath remodel and ended up having to fire them and get someone else to do the job. Many things had to be redone. Many promises were made to us, but not delivered. If you hire this company for anything beyond a small job, you will regret it and lose money
