Paula is a true expert--she knows exactly how to work with my slightly wavy, sometimes unruly Asian hair. Her cuts are consistently an art, and so is her coloring--always natural, flattering, and beautifully done. I constantly get compliments! Not only is Paula amazing, but the entire team--Erin, Magdalena, Teresa, and Lisa (the wonderful owner of Renzo Salon)--are just as warm and welcoming. You can truly see how well they get along and support each other, which creates such a relaxed, family-like atmosphere. It honestly feels like a place where everyone knows your name--just like the classic sitcom Cheers--you're not just a client, you're part of the community.
