GEICO recommended Crash Champions and even coordinated with Enterprise for a rental car. Big pluses: location, they're on US50's outer road between both Mo 291's; parking is ample and well lit; waiting area is very comfortable; everyone I delt with was competent and courteous; But most importantly, they finished on time, I couldn't find an issue in any of the paint work, panel alignment, or even any footprints or dust inside the car. It had been thoroughly washed and dried. I can easily see why Gieco recommended them an I do too.

When I picked up the car I was honestly blown away. They brought it back to what felt like factory condition. The paint was shining, the wheels looked brand new, and the interior was spotless. The price was definitely lower than what I expected for this and I am now considering getting my daily driver detailed. It's rare these days to find a business that takes such obvious pride in their work and delivers above expectations. The only complaint I have is that it took a long time for my vehicle to actually get looked at and repaired. That being said they were very fair with the pricing ($300 less than the dealer). I had a number in my head after looking at parts on eBay for what would be a fair price with labor and having a fallback in case things leaked the next time I go to wash this in the touch less car wash thing (which is soon with the upcoming snow, gotta get that undercarriage good). Mike met that number, took care of it extremely quickly and effectively, and was a super nice person to deal with. Thanks very much. Also, dogs in the office. A huge plus for me. He didn't let them run at me or even out of the back office. I honestly wouldn't have minded, I really like dogs, but I can see how this would be a scare for some. Socializing dogs is a good thing. You rather he leave them home all day?. Overall 10/10 would rather not Mike again because that means something bad happened to my car, but will come back if the dings/ dents are a thing again. If your options are dealership or Mike, choose local. Choose Mike.
