I've never left a negative review for a company, but my experience with Mag Truck needs to be…read moreshared for the potential benefit for future buyers. Honestly, my experience with Cody and Zach was the single worst customer service I could ever fathom. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They were good at helping me find a vehicle to suit my needs, but after it was paid for, things fell off a cliff - a true sign of a company only seeking to make money and not caring for their customers. First off, I was lied to and told my truck would be delivered on a flatbed. Instead, it was driven over 3,000 miles and given to me with over $4,000 of needed fixes, which Mag Truck declined to pay for because it left them in "operable condition." Second, it was delivered in an absolutely filthy state with a driver who had no idea what was going on - and had to mess with the engine and the fuel line during the journey to even get the vehicle to me. Third, the company they hired to decorate the vehicle put one of my logos on in such a crooked fashion that it is a joke it even made it out of their garage - and they won't help me either. Initially I dealt with Cody, but after his communication vaporized, I moved on to Zach, the General Manager. Generally a GM does everything to make things right with a customer but this guy was an equal joke. Neither of them could return a phone call or email for multiple weeks at a time. Zach didn't even have the professionalism or constitution to put me in touch with the owner after I requested it. I run my own business and if I have an unhappy customer I do backflips to make it right. These guys couldn't have cared less - it was obvious they made the sale and that was all that counted. So if you want to be lied to during the buying process and risk buying a vehicle that gets delivered to you with thousands of dollars of damage, these are your guys. Here's a suggestion guys - take some damn pride in your job, stop using the Covid excuse, and give a damn about your customers. I'd highly recommend that anyone considering Mag Trucks look elsewhere to find an outfit that actually cares about the customers, doesn't lie to them, and delivers the product that they were actually sold. What a joke - these guys should be ashamed of themselves.

I eventually went in I asked them how much for a down pavment the were fine with $3,000 I told them I would put $5,000 instead and they agreed mind you the car was $20,000 on website but for some reason it went up to $26,000. I thought it could be because of interest so I didn't mind it. I signed a contract for $26,000 put $5,000 down and was told that i would be paying biweekly instead of monthly and gave me 5 years to pay it off I agreed and said it was fine. I had the car for about 5 months, I pay $400 every two weeks. I called them to find out how much left I owed and payed so far they told me I have payed $19,000 without down payment included which would leave me owing only $2,000 left to pay. They turned around and said that I payed half the price and that I still owed $25,000 and that the vehicle was $45,000 they are very bad business and literally the worst dealership to ever go to I even offered to give them back my car and get my money back and they wouldn't even accept that .car has no damage never got hit or nothing but they still wouldn't give me back my money they told me I could return it and not get my money back. Which leaves you with no choice but to continue paying they take advantage of people and they are very big scams.
