This is from a few months ago, but I wanted to be a positive review for this guy. He did an amazing…read morejob and was very attentive to detail when it came to building a shed for me. He was a very hard worker and had good vibes. Even when the job took almost twice as long as he suspected, he didn't complain or try to charge me more. He just apologized that he was taking so long. It was a nice gesture, but it was unnecessary because I know how these sheds can be sometimes. But again, that was nice of him. Communication for scheduling was perfect as well. Which in my opinion is a vital aspect of providing a service. I would definitely hire him again. The property I stay on currently has upcoming projects in the future so I asked him if he could do this, and that. His response was funny as he said," it would be easier to tell you what I can't do" or something along those lines. I got a little chuckle out of that, but also a lot of confidence that hiring this man again would be a great choice going forward. The next time a handyman is needed, give this guy a call. I 100% will.

All others bidders for the project just gave us a lump sum. Work they did included moving a toilet in the water closet, tearing out the old shower in water closet, removing a too large tub and replacing it with a giant onyx shower, changing the window in shower to glass block, removing popcorn from vaulted ceiling, painting all walls and ceiling, installing heated floor with new tile and completely replacing the vanity and mirrors. Also switched out all hardware down to the doorknobs and installed new outlets and LED mirrors. They stuck to the exact budget proposed and finished a week early. Kept everything completely clean while in the house and always made sure we had access to our walk in closet in the master bath. All work was done with the highest craftsmanship and there was nothing that they needed to come back and fix. Clint was a complete professional throughout the entire process and I can't recommend him and his crew highly enough. We will definitely be using them for future jobs. Thanks KJ!

I'd seen the reviews, and I now can say the reviews weren't exaggerated. When I first called Greg last November he was honest about the time fragment it would take. I unfortunately called during the holidays, which was not good. I later called in March, amd he told me then, sort of leveling with me that this sort of work takes time, like 4-6 months. It wasn't a bad wait and I was patient. The saying goes, "all good things come to those who wait," and it's true if you want a master to handle your antiques. I've sanded, stained wood before, and it's no easy task. It's a time-consuming endeavor, and I also didn't trust myself restoring antique bookcases. In retrospect the price was reasonable for the result. I now have an admirable place to keep my Ulysses, and restored bookcases my ancestors would be proud of.

They charge you late fees even if you're on autopay, Because they can't seem to figure out how to get it into their computer. They charge you insurance on your units. Whether you want it or not, you provide them with documentation. You have homeowners insurance.They can't manage to get it input into their computer. They tell you the district manager will call you multiple times and he never does. Absolutely.The worst storage the company I have ever done business with. And there's some pretty c***** ones out there.
