Service and cocktails were good, food horrible. My steak was all grizzle and calamari was terrible. Can't recommend and wouldn't return. Used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Shame.

Really great experience. I passed this steak house many times thinking it was just a chain restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised with the nice yet comfortable decor. All of the servers were adults, providing experienced professional service. Everything we tried was cooked perfect, seasoned well and delicious. I will def return

I decided to check out this restaurant that was located in-front of my hotel. I was skeptical but they didn't let me down! The prime rib was seasoned and preparation was perfect. We also got the crispy calamari! Love the crisp they got on the dish. Love the ambiance. If you're in the area they are worth it.

Excellent Service and Quality with a smile! Our server Dani, was the key to delivering a great experience. Prime Beef, Fresh Shrimp, a perfectly flame-grilled Burger and a garden fresh salad was perfect for our dinner appetites which we enjoyed in the Bar area. Thank you Dani, see you again soon...

KC has always been one of my go to and fav restaurants in Warrington area. Their calamari alone was worth dining here...it is the best. It has been a while since we were last here. I made a reservation for 6 to celebrate a 70th birthday...weekday. At 5:45 we walked in to a very empty restaurant which surprised me...was wondering if the reason was bc the prices have increased...but so has every restaurant. We were seated at a large table in the back room. Almost too large actually. Hard to hear from one end to the other but the room was empty so all was great..."UNTIL"...a party with 4 very noisy, whiny, end of the day tired, "toddlers" were seated at the very next table...a foot or two away. All 4 toddlers seated at the end right smack next to us. Omg. They should have put them at the other end at least. Not even sure their parents wanted to sit with them!!! Mind you, the restaurant was empty!!! We had just been served our appetizers and drinks. Shame on the staff for this lack of consideration! We all looked at each other and decided to relocate to a different table. Once we got the "Ok" to move you would think the staff would help us shuffle our drinks, appetizers, plates , bread, water etc...but no...we all moved it ourselves. No one even apologized nor asked if this was better. Very disappointing. They use to care. Pretty sure a manager was not on duty and felt as though just a few servers were running the place. Places always run better with manager or owner. Well...we tried not to let this mishap ruin our celebration but it did ruin it for me bc I picked and planned the celebration. In any case, the calamari was still the best. Our portion was noticeably smaller than the one being served to another table (the restaurant did finally fill up a little). My martini seemed to have shrunk in size...unless I forgot the glasses were not that large? My ahi tuna was delicious just a bit over powered by the massive amount of wasabi topping...it came with interesting crispy rice cakes. Their bread basket is yummy. My hubby absolutely loved his surf and turf salad. Burger was still huge and enjoyable. Biggest disappointment were the Mussels. They had a borderline stinky smell (we get Mussels whenever we see it on menus) and several seemed undercooked and a few were completely empty. Red sauce was pasty and a bit sweet...not great for dipping bread which is the best part. I do not recommend getting them here. Probably should have sent them back but no one wanted to bother at this point. Dinner salads use to come with an entree but we were not offered one. I re-read my previous review and realized you actually have to ask for it. Not sure if that is still the case but either way wish I remembered. Our server was very pleasant and timing was just right. Soooo...in summary I will not rush back anytime soon. I took a few days to write this review bc I was hesitant about writing a less than stellar review...it could have just been an off night.

Good food. Restaurant is a little over-hyped in my opinion. Nice meal, friendly servers, nothing that stood out to make our visit fantastic.

Let's get this out of the way, The fried onions can/should be smaller and the mushrooms got lost in the cheesesteak. But those 2 things don't really matter because this a very good cheesesteak. Coach's uses fresh sliced sirloin. I'm a sirloin fan. They season the meat. It tasted like steak. Good Liscio's roll. Good amount of cheese. I hate to say this because one guy working and he got slammed with orders, would have liked a little better cheese distribution. Gotta love eating by a fireplace. Very clean grill. Both were quite tasty and they scratched an itch. The owner was friendly and welcoming and told us he likes his breakfast sandwiches on that roll also, but his favorite is the Cooper Sharp. I didn't even think of getting that kind of cheese on mine, but next time I will. "Melts right into the meat" he said. Ooooeyy gooey.....that sounds delightful to me. It was moderately busy on a late Sunday morning, but we didn't have to wait too long for our sandwiches to come out. We were going to take them to go, but thought it might be better just to stay there and not get crumbs all over the car. It was the perfect way to start our day.

I like this traditional hoagie and cheesesteak place and the prices are also reasonable. I enjoyed the Italian hoagie but it was supposed to have 3 meats and I don't think there was any capicola and it was supposed to be one of the meats. As you can see the Italian mainly consisted of ham but I still really enjoyed it. Next time I'll get the South Philly Italian, it looks good. Also requested oil and vinegar and there wasn't any but still good. The Buffalo chicken salad was a winner and their salads are very good. I really like fountain drinks and this place only offers bottled drinks which is a negative for me.Definitely recommend this place for sandwich's or salads and more reviews will be posted.

The nicest people run the place. Tuna hoagie was excellent. The onion rings were perfectly cooked but the standout was the onion ring dipping sauce. It was a reddish color horseradish dip. So glad we found this place as they apparently don't do any advertising. We look forward to return visits.

Well as of recently we both have seen it shared a bit and decided to try it out. We both got the pan con chicharron sandwich . I ordered plantains as a side and he had fries - it was a $4 add on for a side which you save $2.50 each by adding it to the sandwich. The size of the sides are probably both worth the $6.50 on their own. The fries were your basic fries - probably frozen but good. The plain twins were fried nicely and had good flavor - I would have loved a dipping sauce with them. Now since the place is known for their chicken I wanted to try something with chicken. Well they had empanadas (not sure if this is always on the menu) and you could get 3 for $12 with a sauce. We did each of the 3 flavors they had available: Huachana Empanada (this is the house made Salchicha which is a Peruvian sausage w/ eggs), ham & cheese , and the chicken . The sauce I picked to go with them was their signature sauce - the aji pollo. The sauce I have never tasted anything like it - definitely interesting. The chicken empanada was very plain. The chicken definitely did have a unique flavor but was a little dry in the empanada - it was apparently cooked with the same sauce. The ham and cheese was my favorite - I loved the cooper sharp with the ham. The sausage also had a great spice! As for the sandwich the chicharron was cooked so well paired with the sweet potato and pickled onions it gave it a nice balance of sweet and salty as well as different textured bites. I will say overall that most of the items on the menu were a tad dry and could use a sauce or something - however overall the flavor was great. Everything came to $40 which wasn't bad. The restaurant was super clean inside, they had a few tables but we got takeout. It also looked like they served coffee and a few other things. Their online order menu definitely has more items listed than the regular menu. I definitely do want to go back and try the rotisserie chicken on its own with some other sides! A very filling meal though if you're looking for that !

I read reviews about poor service frequently, I wanted to take the time to let people know, excellent customer service still does exist. Tonight I passed on going to Steak on State and left disappointed with Lucatelli's once again. The sandwich I had tonight was like a completely different cheesesteak from the one that originally made this place stand out, and I've noticed similar issues with other menu items as well. The inconsistency has become the silent killer here -- inconsistent portion sizes, declining ingredient quality, and a lack of attention to detail. Lucatelli's is still a good restaurant, which is why this is disappointing to see. Winning the award has obviously brought in a lot of new customers wanting to try the cheesesteak, and with that comes higher expectations. My recommendation would simply be to get back to focusing on consistency, quality ingredients, and the small details that made the place stand out in the first place. If they do that, they should have no problem being in the conversation again for next year's award.
