Removed the oven door frame and found the screw that had somehow worked loose and had fallen into the drawer underneath the oven. Cleaned some debris that had collected beneath the door frame. He ordered the replacement part and came back out a couple days after the part was delivered. He installed the part within a couple hours, probably closer to an hour. The cost for labor was very reasonable, and then the cost of the part completed the total amount billed. With this fix, the fridge/freezer should last another five years. I started to worry I needed to buy a new one when I couldn't find the replacement part online. I'm glad J & J was able to get the part and fix in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price.

Instead, they copied each drive in its ENTIRETY to my external hard drive. The point was so I could quickly and easily access all of my photos in ONE PLACE. I have the same problem I had before I entered their business. I still have to click through tons of files to locate the photos on each individual drive. I could have copied and pasted the whole drives myself. I agreed to pay them per hour for their labor at $80 an hour. The total came to $295.38 for 3 hours plus other fees. I happily paid them. When I called to ask if they would try again and do the job I requested, Mike told me he already gave me a "deal because they actually put 6 hours of work into this instead of 3 and didnt charge me for the extra". Listen, if you would have billed me for 6 hours I would have paid for 6 hours. I did not ask for any favors. Mike said he would have to charge me additional labor to "reorganize" everything if I brought it back in. I shouldn't have paid them a dollar. They did NOT provide the services I requested to begin with. I will not pay for labor they did wrong to begin with. Example: If I pay a mechanic to change my tire but he spent the time rotating and balancing my existing tires instead... I would not be expected to pay him for the labor again. He spent his time doing the wrong thing. Not my fault.
