I guess they could tell from the photos that the faucet had failed, so they showed up with a new faucet (matching the one we had installed as closely as possible) the very next day and installed it and didn't charge us a penny. Yes, you read that right, they installed a brand new faucet at no charge to us AND the problem wasn't even with the original installation it was the faucet itself that had failed. Honestly, I was a little confused when I heard a new faucet was being installed, and I didn't really believe it until it was a done deal, because who does that? He was on time, had a positive attitude, and did everything he could to help us try to find where the leak was coming from. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the service call was scheduled a week out from the time we called. I understand the company is busy, but it was a bit stressful not knowing what was going on with the house and having to make some temporary adjustments with not running the water on the upstairs floor until someone was able to come out.

Aside from the bad timing, the fact of the matter was we needed someone out as soon as possible, but we wanted it done right. I had a few companies that were referred to us, and honestly I got some bad vibes... super low bids, lack of confidence in their ability to get it fixed, etc. Austin from Pierpoint was sort of my last hope as we needed to commit to somebody, and I appreciated their calm demeanor, fair quote, and ability to get it done. Another plumber I had out was too busy to do it, but I mentioned Pierpoint and he said, "Oh yeah, they're a good one to go with." I was able to communicate with them on project updates as we had to stay at the in-laws for a week and a half. They got all the proper permits, made sure the new meter went in the right spot and had it inspected with the city... all in all, I was confident they would do it the right way and they did. They ran into some obstacles which drove the bid up higher, which stinks, but I understand because there's no way of knowing what they might find when they dig, i.e. gigantic old stones in the driveway. I do feel like the crew's overall cleanup could've been better as our basement walls were covered in caked-on mud, as is the floor, and the driveway and neighbors house needed some more attention. However, I round up on my rating because they were there in a big way when an additional water line broke late at night on a weekend, basically a portion of the old city water line. The city water would've gone directly into my house, i.e. flooded the hell out of it in no time. Austin and someone on his crew had a generator ready to bilge water out of the trench, keeping my basement dry while they waited for the city to fix their issue. If you've ever waited on the city of KCMO, even on the phone, you know what a task that is... and this was on a weekend at night! I really appreciate them being there for that and handling it. All in all, I felt seriously at peace after meeting with them compared to the five other groups I had out to bid on it, and they backed that up. Glad to be done with it!

Worst job ever. I went through Heaven's Glory because a "friend" worked there and had been working…read morethere for a while. So I thought they would know what they're doing. I was wrong. I paid around $6,500 to have my house repainted (including scraping, sanding, caulking, and repairs to water damaged trim). First of all, the crew smoked so much weed while working that the neighbors complained. They barely scraped any cracked or peeling paint. Sanded nothing. So now a year and a half later, I have multiple code violations for cracked and peeling paint from the city. No care was taken to mask off areas that weren't supposed to be painted. They sprayed my gutters, garage door, gas meter, mail box. They missed areas all together. Spilled and run off paint. They painted over stained woodwork and bricks. Trim was only painted on one side. I thought they were going to finish the back and sides the same. So after they got paid they never came back. I didn't really want to tell a friend that this was the worst job I had ever seen. So I ask him multiple times to come out and finish the sides and back. "Antonio" keeps telling me he is busy and will come out when he can. This goes on for a while. I get a new ticket for cracked a peeling paint from the city so I message him again. This time more aggressive. He acts like he doesn't know what I'm talking about. First they don't do trim. Then they did do the trim and it's white. Then later that they only do the front and the sides cost more. So "Antonio" does stop by the house and we talk face to face. I walk him around the house and show him everything. He gives me his word that he will come on Sunday and "make it right". The night before he messages me that I will have to pay more for labor and that the back and sides weren't included. Basically pay more or I'm screwed. Any way I didn't want to bad mouth anybody but a couple of crank heads could have done this quality of work. And for a lot less money. My main contact was Antonio (which isn't even his real name) but Mario and another guy were there and did the same trash work. And scare me for trying to support a friends business.
