The oil the fried them in tasted old. The French fries were ok. For almost $16, NOT WORTH IT. The girl that took our order couldn't figure out that it was our order when it came out. We were the only ones there without food. The other couple had already eaten. Just weird. We won't go back ever.

There was free parking in their private lot. The adorable white and red shop is easily visible from Canal Street in Carlsbad, NM. Each regular cup with one large scoop costed $4. I admitted to our server that I was torn between two flavors and she stated that she could split a regular cup with two kid size scoops for me. Awesome! She didn't tell me that two small scoops was $5.50 but I probably still would've done it. While the flavors were not quite as prevalent as I would have liked, they were enjoyable. We tried: + Superman sherbet (blue raspberry, cherry & vanilla) + Mississippi mud + Coffee + Butter pecan On April 27, 2024, service was friendly & quick to get the line through as the dining area is a bit of a tight squeeze. Perfect way to end our day after a trip to Carlsbad Caverns and before state testing begins at my kids' school. TIPS + samples upon request + cash & plastic accepted Always scream for ice cream!

I liked that they were still open after the pharmacy closed (7pm on weekdays), & I could just walk over to their stand & get some kind of snowcone for my drive home to Midland. I liked to try all kinds of different snowcone flavors they had. They also accepted credit/debit cards! There was also a small picnic/eating area, in case I wanted to eat the part of the snowcone that came out of the cup before I started driving home (so it wouldn't melt all over my car). It was really nice to have a place to sit & enjoy a snowcone after a day at work.

There is currently another location in Albuquerque. After school on 5.2.2025, I brought my daughters here. We all ordered smoothies (only 24 oz offered $9.25 each). The shop in Albuquerque sells kid size (16 oz) smoothies, but not this location. I asked. I also grabbed a "mean greens" pressed juice ($10) to go to replenish the iron and vitamin C I lost from recently donating blood. Smoothies we tried & loved: + Banana Reef (banana, pineapple, blue spirulina, Greek yogurt) + Matcha Paradise (pineapple, Matcha, banana, vanilla, Greek yogurt) + Strawberry Swirl (almond milk, strawberry, pineapple, dates, yogurt clouds) I intend to stop by for a coffee someday. They also have food items like avocado toast and power bowls. CON The prices are hefty for the sizes. I will not be going here very often for that fact. I've been a longtime customer of Main Squeeze and have always had positive experiences, which makes…read morethis even more difficult to write. On my birthday, I visited the Midland location with my daughter, who has a known peanut allergy. We clearly marked "PEANUT ALLERGY" on the order and verbally confirmed it with the employee. When the drink was handed to us, we were told it was allergen-free. Within 20 minutes of drinking it, my daughter experienced a severe allergic reaction. We had to administer an EpiPen and seek medical care. Afterward, I tasted the smoothie myself and it was clearly made with peanut. When we contacted the store, we were told they were aware of the incident and that a report had been filed, but there was little acknowledgment of the seriousness of what occurred. This was not a preference or dietary request--it was a clearly communicated, life-threatening allergy. This was not a minor mistake--this was a life-threatening situation that could have ended very differently. I am incredibly disappointed. What should have been a simple visit turned into a medical emergency. I hope this serves as a serious reminder of the responsibility that comes with preparing food for customers with allergies.

She had the chicharron with egg and I had their asadero burrito with egg. Holy cow we were blown away by how delicious they were. They seem very light (not as greasy) as other places. Not sure how they did this, but they were a banger! Green and red salsa are available and were not spicy at all, but very flavorful (in my opinion - I'm a huge spice guy) For the pan dulce we both shared a vanilla flavored concha and a type of flat looking empanada filled with pineapple jam covered in almost a powdered sugar I think, they were both very soft and delicious! We dined in and were served at our table. Super clean, neat, friendly staff with low music playing in the background. Definitely a must try. I did not try their beverages or coffee.
