Multiple times I've came here just for supps, and eventually end up talking about diets/workouts/prep/cardio/etc. The fact that he takes the time & explains things (in detail) is a huge plus. There's very few people that actually know what they are talking about when it comes to fitness. Matt is one of them. The staff is great and very knowledgeable as well. Laramie is one of his employees and has always been very accommodating when we had any questions. He's been very helpful in assisting with certain supps to help my wife get closer to her goals. These guys (gals too) will make you feel welcomed & comfortable enough to ask all the questions you may have. There's no need to go anywhere else IMHO. You will not be disappointed if you paid them a visit.
