Proximity to the beach might be their best attribute.

Back in the day there was a pretty cool bagel shop called JBs. Then a new owner bought it and renamed it KBs and it's gone downhill ever since. The place is poorly managed. Occasionally you get a decent hard working employee to help you but the odds are against you. In the summer it gets worse. Clueless tourists mixed with a poorly thought out layout make for mayhem. The bagels are mediocre and definitely NOT made on site. I might return after tourist season but only because of its proximity to the beach.

Açaí bowl no açaí more than 3/4 is "Granola" (I ate most of the fruit).

I'm only going for a four star rating for this well known local bagel shop. Great location, super friendly staff, open year round with the beachfront right around the corner. Bagels are fresh and several kinds of cream cheese flavors to choose from. I love the breakfast plates and prices are very reasonable. They have great coffee as well. My only complaint is their Açaí Bowls. This isn't the first time I've had this happen. Skimpy bowls!! I wouldn't recommend getting a bowl with granola as you'll be paying $10+ dollars for basically only granola with your choice of fruit topping. It seems they're putting the bare minimum of açaí in their bowls. Which is a shame. Their bowls were perfect! I'm sure I'm not the only customer this has happened to. I'm sorry to say I will be going elsewhere for my Açaí Bowls. I hope to hear better updates and reviews in the future. I do enjoy KB's

8th St Bowl, Swell Bowl

Went with my boyfriend for my birthday breakfast and got an 8th St Bowl and a Swell Bowl. They were pretty good and the food came out quickly!

My go to place to get a delicious, fresh breakfast sandwich. The staff is very friendly. Coffee/iced coffee is very good and strong. Breakfast sandwiches on bagels are HUGE. Sometimes I get a wrap instead so that I have some room for one of their delicious smoothies. Acai bowls from here are also very good. And staff is very friendly! If you are in the area you must stop by here!

Was craving Lebanese food and found this place on Yelp. Let me tell you.... DID NOT DISAPPOINT…read more Best Lebanese food I've found in the states by far! George was so welcoming of us and told us about all of the specials. He explained that his recipes were handed down through his mother. Stopping here for dinner was the highlight of our day :) Thank you, George!

I'm fairly new to the area and as a Lebanese man I always find it hard to get great Lebanese food…read more Until now. You wouldn't think it by the name, but Martha's is a Lebanese restaurant with a great menu that won't overwhelm you. The owner and his staff are extremely friendly and overall just wonderful people. I went crazy and ordered the Steak Shawerma, 3 piece Falafel, baba ghanouj and hummus. The steak shawerma came with rice pilaf and a garden salad and was so good that I'll be going back to try their chicken one. The falafel was perfect. It wasn't oily and had just the right amount of flavoring and crunch. The baba ghanouj and hummus were to die for. I seriously had to keep myself from eating the entirety of the containers. They are currently remodeling the dining area so I can't comment on the ambience, but for what it's worth I like the quaint look of the place from the outside and the ease of ordering from the window. I'm a stickler when it comes to Lebanese food, but I'm so happy to finally find a Lebanese restaurant so close to me that it has officially become my go-to place for Lebanese food from here on out! I highly recommend Martha's as your next place to eat!
