To be fair, the onsite staff was polite and professional. They even acknowledged the damage afterward when I pointed it out in the vacuum area. The issue was not with the employees working onsite. The problem started with management. I was contacted later by the manager, Ade, and from the beginning the conversation felt dismissive and defensive, as if I was inconveniencing her simply by reporting damage to my vehicle. Today I was told my claim was denied because my car is a 2020 model and they claimed the damage was simply "wear and tear." What's frustrating is that no evidence was provided to support that conclusion. When I asked for footage, documentation, or anything showing the damage existed prior to the wash, nothing could be provided. So let me get this straight: * I sign up for a membership * My vehicle goes through the wash * Damage is immediately noticed afterward by both me and staff * Management denies responsibility without evidence When I asked whether they intended to help resolve the issue or if I should contact an attorney, I was literally told: "Get an attorney." That response alone tells me everything I need to know about how customer concerns are handled here. I'm extremely disappointed in how this was handled and would strongly encourage others to carefully inspect their vehicles before and after using this wash.

One swipe across the front window, one swipe across the front. She would have rather been anywhere else in the world as she threw the brush back in the bin. The machine scratched my new light cover that I just had replaced last week, bent my front license plate all the way in on both sides and didn't clean ANY of the bugs and dirt off my car. $22 for NOTHING. It consistently gets my truck 90% clean and there's plenty of changing colored lights and foam and what not really making it feel like we are getting spa treatment. Vacuums here are included and intermittently seem to not work. I was just in earlier today and had to change spots as a vacuum would stay on. Okay cool, it happens. The other one I moved to worked just fine. There's a mat cleaning station which is cool but I can't use because I have after market plastic mats. It's for carpet or flat mats only. It's a machine with no option I've found to wash manually. There's also a little after clean packet you can purchase separately for interior cleaning. I've never purchased one.
