This place is an absolute rip off. I pay $13 for the same wash in Texas and it actually cleans my car. This was $22 for NOTHING. A very perturbed lady greeted the car for an intial brush. One swipe across the front window, one swipe across the front. She would have rather been anywhere else in the world as she threw the brush back in the bin. The machine scratched my new light cover that I just had replaced last week, bent my front license plate all the way in on both sides and didn't clean ANY of the bugs and dirt off my car. $22 for NOTHING. STAY AWAY. Not only was the car wash malfunctioning. One of the brushes didn't work. But the car wash failed to clean my car. And failed to completely rinse the car of soap. I asked for a refund. But the manager told me to kick rocks. This is obviously a poorly run business. Especially with all the negative reviews I have seen. read more

I highly recommend you DO NOT go here. The price is WAY too high. You can get the same offering other places for about half of what Take 5 charges. Also, for $ 22! for a wash, you'd think their equipment would work - not one, not two, but four vacuum stations did not work. The attendant didn't seem to care. You'd think for the cost, you'd at least get a sheepish grin and shoulder shrug but NO. What a waste of money and what's worse - the owners couldn't care less. Horrible place. read more

Still wanted to argue after being told no 3 times and then when told no more forcefully got defensive and said "just doing my job". I have paid for monthly membership for over a year. Now all of a sudden this group acts as a bouncer if my sticker is not placed on my windshield. I don't even have my oil change put on my windshield. I shouldn't have to place the sticker on my windshield if I don't want too. I pay for monthly service. We had the exact same experience as Nadia B. My wife only authorize a one-time wash on May 22 and paid $17.00. This morning (June 22) a pending $17.00 charge from Take 5 appeared on our credit card. I asked if she had gotten a car wash yesterday or today and she answered "No". She called the car wash and they said they couldn't do anything and gave her a corporate number to call. Instead, I told I'd just go to the car wash (4 miles from our house) and try to get it fixed. I got attention of one of the young persons working there and asked for help. I told her our story and she was able to cancel the monthly plan she said my wife signed up for but couldn't refund this mornings' charge, said we'd would have to dispute it with our credit card after the charge posts and we will!! So...we paid $34.00 for a lousy car wash. Worth it if this is really the end of it.......Will be watching my statement next month. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more

BEWARE.......Although the car wash does a great job we were told that if we bought the unlimited package for $25 a month we could get unlimited car washes but when we got the bill we were being charged $39.99 a month. In my opinion this a ploy to get people to buy into the deception of paying $25 then being charged $39.99. Of course we tried to call them and of course no answer, I tired to call over a period of 8 hours and still could'nt get anyone to answer go figure. *** After NOT getting anyone to answer the phone at Take 5 I called Tommy's express 1/2 mile up the road and someone actyually answered the phone and unlike Take 5 this person was very friendly and helpful not to mention much better prices for the same service as Take 5. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! If there was a lower rating for this business, I would select it. The business model of this company is to send out a friendly employee to "assist" you with the checkout process- all the while, they are actually signing you up for their monthly autodraft. Oh and once you discover this- their customer service is non existent. Website pushes you to a contact form, email addresses that do not receive responses, and a phone number that only provides you automated options. Finally got to the chat box- and after much persistence, the "bot" finally stated they would connect me with a customer service agent- who, after 15 minutes on the chat, never came. This sleight of hand approach to building trust and a committed client base is beyond my comprehension. As a small business owner, I would never expect to treat my clients in this fashion and expect to stay in business. Not generally my nature to give negative reviews, but after this experience, I feel compelled to let as many people know as possible. Still no resolution to my matter. read more

there's ALWAYS something broken and they are not fixing half the stuff that is broke. The 2nd overhead brush hasn't worked in a year and half the side brushes are not working. The tire shine has been messed up for over a year leaving tires with shine spots just in places on the tires especially the passenger side. They just don't maintenance their equipment and at this point don't think they care to fix it right. I've had a membership there since they opened until today. read more

When I get my car washed the brushes on the left side of the car doesn't work half the time. I use this car wash once a week, I have a membership. Today Chris (on-site manager) stated that my account would be terminated because I won't put the sticker on my car I always hold it up they have a picture of my tag and of my car, I never had a issue. My account was just billed and he stated I wouldn't receive a refund and my membership is terminated when I called the car wash to ask him about this matter He was rude!!!! Requested the Pro5 $20.00 car wash. DId not get a receipt and I was really disappointed with the results of the wash. The glass was not cleaned very well and alot of soap was not rinsed off. Not clean around the lights/front bumper. Just dissapointed with the all over result. read more
