I have been to several Tommy's Express car washes in the Tulsa area. Usually I go to the South…read morePeoria location, which is where I went today. I have previously mentioned that there are not always attendants at the entrance so sometimes you just have to pull onto the conveyor belt that pulls you through the car wash on your own. During those times, no plastic bag is put over your rear window. Today when I went through the South Peoria location, there were two attendants, one of them was guiding me onto the conveyor belt, while the other one put the plastic bag over my rear window wiper. The car wash proceeded normally and I was happy with the way the car looked when I came out. When I pulled into vacuum station number nine, The driver side hose nozzle fell off as I was removing the hose from its holder. I was able to screw the nozzle back on without having to alert anyone. However, when I tried to move the hose around to the hatchback of my car the hose was barely long enough to enable me to vacuum out the rear of my car. I don't recall that ever happening before. I guess I got a short hose. There is a car mat washing machine near the vacuums. If you have flat mats, you simply insert them in the slot of the machine and it pulls the mats in, washes them and spits them out. It won't work on mats like WeatherTech though, they must be flat mats. Today's experience doesn't change my overall opinion and I leave my rating at four stars.

Upon NOT hearing from the cooperate offices I returned to the business, spoke again with Josh, explaining that I wanted to speak to his immediate supervisor. He handed me a business card with Morgan Young's (area director) information. Upon looking at the card I noticed no business number was listed on it so I once again told Josh that I wanted to actually speak with Ms Young. He literally snatched the card out of my hand and stormed off behind the building. A few minutes later he reappeared with a threatening and hostile attitude, cursed me and then threatened to call "the FN cops for trespassing" and again once more grabbed the business card that he had handed back to me, back from my hands and threw it on the ground. I told him to keep on acting that way as I was voice recording the entire situation along with the business cameras filming his hostility and actions (throwing his hands up in the air) as this entire conversation was held there at the beginning of the wash where there is a camera. I emailed Ms Young and to this day I have yet to hear anything back from her regarding this horrible experience. I was a loyal monthly member of White Water Express until today, as I've closed all 3 accounts. If you utilize this car wash BEWARE ... look for damages (I believe from the tire cleaner brushes) as that's where the damages on both of my cars is presenting- (lower sides)

I decided to give 1 last chance and go today and once again the boy didn't give clear directions on what to do with my car when going into the wash. And the lights at the end don't tell you when to put your car on drive. All the lights on the board at the end were all blinking. There needs to be better instructions for coming in and going out. Will not be back because I'm just too afraid something bad will happen to my car.

The bugs were seriously stuck to the hood & windshield but the staff let me go through the wash twice to get the remainder of them off. Also, I hadn't been able to find a place with good vacuums- until I came here! The vacuums were so powerful they got ALL the fur up with little effort. Super happy with this location, the well taken care of equipment(vacuums) & the understanding staff. OH and they offer you clean microfiber towels to wipe either inside or outside of your car. I have done the math and it doesn't make sense for me to buy your membership. I wash my car at home and just use the car wash very occasionally. I don't need you to press buttons on the screen for me, I'm a big boy and can do that myself. Unless I am in a pinch I will likely never go there anymore. It's a shame because I do like the car wash, just hate being sold something every time I go. The screen is self service so not sure why I need someone to do that for me. I like the old staff. They seemed happy to have a job and to be busy. The new folks seem more annoyed when a car pulls up. No wait now that the $3 deal is gone. I have come twice since the changes and spent about 15 minutes total each time at the wash due to vacuuming, but nobody else came. I know that things are more expensive now, but I doubt this place will stay open much longer with all the fancier car washes piping up around town.
