I chose Lester to detail my car because of their long history and their proximity to the heart of downtown Tulsa. I found what I needed. I was treated like a friend and not a commodity. They went out of their way to make their service convenient for a new customer. I cannot believe the value they gave me for such a reasonable price, far below what I expected--and no gimmicks or upcharge. I was amazed at the quality of their work. I plan on visiting them routinely, every month or so, in between car washes. I thought it was an odd suggestion because my car was very clean with no damage, but was desperate and took their advice. Noah explained to me that the car looked dull and how they could help. Years of driving through the local car wash to save time made my paint look awful. Not having the inside cleaned regularly or ever detailed made it musty able dull as well. I was just so used to it I didn't realize. I needed to ask, but I didn't want to invest too much and lose money. Noah explained the value of the different services he had to offer and gave me options. In the end, I chose to have a full interior/ exterior detail and added a few extra services to make the car smell better and add value by doing the ceramic coating. When Noah delivered the car back to me, we couldn't believe the difference! I almost wanted to keep it again! I relisted the car with new photos Noah provided for me himself, and sold the car within a week for more than my original asking price, not losing a dime in the process! Every step of the way, Noah was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! He definitely knows his business! He's made a customer for life as we signed up for his regular detail plans on both of our vehicles.
