The travertine flooring in the entry, kitchen and hallway had large craters which collected dirt and water residue after washing. I had the floor steamed, the craters filled and the whole floor resealed. I had a gasline installed in the kitchen and a new gas oven installed. He harassed me over and over for upfront payments when the work was not being completed. Weeks at a time would go by with no shows, late appearances, etc. He made a complete mess and did not clean any of it up, he did not complete the job he was paid to do, he also caused a scene in front of my home with one of his "employees" screaming and making threats and proceeded to yell and scream in the house frightening my daughter and her friend who were doing homework.
