We then had to order a few more nameplates the following week. They screwed up our billing several times. Were billing us multiple times for the same thing. We were told our order had already shipped and we'd receive it in a few days. A few weeks later, and nothing. I email several times with no response (after having corresponded with him via email to place the order). I finally speak to the manager. Turns out our order was never completed and never shipped. Not only were they a billing nightmare, but ordering was a pain in the ass as well. We are looking for a new sign company.
