We were satisfied with the inspection, and essentially offered to pay the asking price if Carwise replaced worn brake pads. I planned to make a large down payment and take out a small loan for my son. However, the day before we met to finalize, I decided to try to come up with the funds to purchase outright. A transfer was pending when I went in, but I got approved for a loan in case the funds were not available. I went over the final price with the sales manager and received confirmation that I could forego the loan if the funds were available. The sales manager told the salesman to go with me to get a certified check along with what I thought was the invoice. My mistake in not checking the paper work or asking why the salesman wanted to go to the bank with me. I learned that I had the funds to purchase outright and asked for a certified check for the full amount of the purchase price. Only at that point did I realize the paper I was given was not the invoice we had agreed on but only referred to the down payment we had discussed. The salesman called the manager and said he would text the invoice. After a considerable delay, I received a photo of the invoice with a higher price. On inspection, I noted a $1000 charge for "paint and fabric". This was never mentioned at any point. The salesman was reportedly told that the new charge had already been assessed, but that I could return the vehicle. Terrible experience.

CROOKS and LIARS This is long. The short version is DO NOT…read moreBUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Below is the explanation of why I say this. I have never dealt with a less trustworthy company than G-Inspired Automall in my life. We test drove a 2011 Subaru forester AWD thanksgiving weekend, and liked it, but noticed oil around the front and below the engine. When we asked the salesman, he stated that they had just changed the oil, and had spilled some while refilling it. We unfortunately believed him, and bought the car for a little over $9000. We asked if they could come down on the price, but they said not unless we would give up the warranty they offered, and we wanted the warranty. The dealer had put two new tires on the car, so we decided to replace the other two. That's when we found out that if you don't replace all four tires at the same time on a Subaru AWD, you ruin the differential! Thank heavens we decided to replace them right away. G-Inspired Automall certainly should have known this. Then it got worse. We drove to Texas for Christmas, and by the time we got there the engine was knocking horribly. We took it to a Subaru dealer, who presented us with a repair bill of OVER $9000!! It included 2 new front axles, a new rear axle seal, new brake pads and rotors, a collapsed transmission mount, and a new short block and oil pan seals!!! A staggering list of repairs for a supposedly well taken care of car. G-Inspired Automalls' salesmen claimed they sold good cars with some exterior damage so they could keep the price low. What a lie. Our only happy thought was we had the warranty. Then we found out their "free warranty" covered NONE of our needed repairs. What a SCAM! So now we're stuck spending $9000 MORE on a $9000 car. One month after purchasing it! This company either knew that this car had major issues, and ignored them all, or their mechanics are worthless. I know which one I believe. When we found out the warranty was useless, we asked the dealer if they would buy back the car since they obviously lied about the oil leak. The said they would give us between $2500-$3400. For a car they sold a month ago for over $9000. I'm sure they're laughing all the way to the bank.

I got a 2004 Toyota camry from them. It runs like new! Ola and his team were very helpful and…read moreanswered any questions that I had! I will be back.
