I wanted to match as close as I could. But they still ordered the all season radials. The work done was top shelf. But them ordering something other then I wanted. That's why I gave only 2 stars. Shop people were great. The desk people need to listen to what the customers want. Not wht the desk person wants. The reason I wanted snow tries only is because that vehicle is only used in the snow. I could have made a stink about it there. But this is public and maybe they'll correct the people ordering for the customer. But since this happend. I have been going Pekin Wamart cause they would order what I want, not what they want.

In another incident, I trusted them to repair my A/C and it never did work right again. I took it back twice and came to find out they only did half the job - not replacing the dryer. When I asked why, they said they did not want to mess with it - that it was complicated. These guys do NOT stand behind their work and they are not to be trusted.
