I wanted to match as close as I could. But they still ordered the all season radials. The work done was top shelf. But them ordering something other then I wanted. That's why I gave only 2 stars. Shop people were great. The desk people need to listen to what the customers want. Not wht the desk person wants. The reason I wanted snow tries only is because that vehicle is only used in the snow. I could have made a stink about it there. But this is public and maybe they'll correct the people ordering for the customer. But since this happend. I have been going Pekin Wamart cause they would order what I want, not what they want.

When I checked a…read morefew days later, I found out that they towed my van to Pekin to their "friend" who was overhauling my transmission. They did this without even asking me. They even charged me $100 for the towing. What a scam! I found out later, they had done the same thing to someone else in Fulton county as well.. After 10,000 miles, my transmission was acting up again and they did not want to assume responsibilty, saying it was not their problem. In another incident, I trusted them to repair my A/C and it never did work right again. I took it back twice and came to find out they only did half the job - not replacing the dryer. When I asked why, they said they did not want to mess with it - that it was complicated. These guys do NOT stand behind their work and they are not to be trusted.
