What's the point of an appointment if they don't really honor them? They over stack appointments so heavy that any waiting customer is going to be screwed out of their time. Third time in a row I've waited over 30 minutes to get my truck in. This is ridiculous. Last time going there. Btw, their men's bathroom would send a trucker gagging. That was terrible.
