Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

After attempting to dry out and clean the interior, I discovered mold / mildew on the carpet of the driver's side flooring. I eventually got the leak fixed, however, knew I would just need to end up having my car professionally detailed to not only address the saturated carpet, but to deodorize the interior. I researched several places online and was getting outrageous quotes (we are talking over $1000) to restore my car. I understand the importance of remediation, especially when it comes to mold, however, I really didn't feel like my case was that extreme. I finally came across Miraculous Detail and immediately noticed their amazing reviews. Their quote was way more reasonable for my size of car, as well as the with the amount of work I believe needed to be done. The communication process, drop off / pick up, etc. was all so organized and straight forward. Upon receiving my car, it was extremely clean, the smell was gone, and all of the growth on the carpet was gone. I couldn't recommend Miraculous Detail enough!!
