Door says they accept walkins. I was willing to wait. I am not from here I live in Florida and pay $120-200 a month for my nails, but this is my hometown and since I am on travel decided to get my nails done. As I am signing in to get a fillin on my real nails she tells me she can't do it we are busy right now. She just took a customer. I received an ad for this salon on one of my social media platforms. They are running a special that gets you 50% off of one service if you purchase another service at full price. This is something I couldn't pass up, so I went on an adventure to check the place out. The outside looks welcoming. My first impression once I walked inside wasn't great. I was not greeted with a "hello" or "welcome in" from any of the staff. In fact, no one greeted me at all. I still wanted to give it a chance so I figured I would just pick out my color and have a seat. They have a decent choice of colors which is always nice. As I was in waiting, there were multiple staff that walked near me and never said hello. This was very off-putting. However, I still wanted to give them a chance. My wait was not long at all even though I didn't schedule an appointment. When it was time for me to start, there was a woman that came up me and asked if I picked my color. Still no greeting ‍. Anyhow, I sat at the chair waiting for my Pedicure. THERE ARE NOT ANY MASSAGE CHAIRS. I was very taken back by this as a good massage is one of my favorite things about going to get my nails done. Tim did my pedicure and he was very thorough and nice. Cindy did my full-set. She didn't say anything to my while doing my nails until she nicked my cuticle with the drill and it started to bleed. That ruined the experience for me because it is very painful but also because she was rushing. She continued with the manicure. Her acrylic application is way too thick for my liking. There was also a ton of dried glue/acrylic under my nails when I left the salon. All-in-all, the experience was not the best. I appreciated the deal. However, I do not think I will be returning. read more

Actually really loved this place! I'm super picky about my nails salons and I've been trying different ones out in my area. Price and quality are huge factors in the salon I pick and Kayla's nails in west Chester met both. I signed up and got 15% my first time and my SNS dip color was only $40!!! For SNS, I'm extremely happy about the price. The place was clean and the quality of work was up to my very high standards. I will be back and definitely recommend! read more

This place would've received a 5 star if the manager didn't work there!! If you're getting your nails done please DO NOT LET THAT MAN TOUCH YOUR NAILS! I was there for almost 3 hours for short acrylic nails because he kept getting up for other customers and kept answering the phone. I kept having to show this man the picture of what I wanted because he kept getting distracted. He messed up my nails so bad, they were super thick, badly shaped and painted like a 2 year old did it. I kept confronting him about it but he kept saying there's nothing wrong with it. He then kicked me off my seat for another customer. A girl that works there agreed to redo my nails and it was perfect! Compared to other places the price is great. DO NOT LET THE MAN DO YOUR NAILS. read more

Did not have a great experience here... disappointing since I had heard such great things. I got SNS on my natural nail. While applying the base powder, I had asked why it didn't go up all the way and pointed out that my cuticles were still there and hadn't been cleaned up. She didn't really acknowledge my concern. After washing my hands, I noticed that most of my fingers had part of the nail, either towards my cuticle or on the sides, without any product or color on them. It looked they were already grown out. I asked to please have them fixed, so the nail tech spent another 30 mins putting another layer of SNS on those fingers, drilling, etc. to cover those spots. I wish my nails would've been prepped better around the cuticles so they didn't look like they're already grown out. The pics are what my nails looked like as I left - didn't clean up around them or anything. I went home and had to clean up the area around my cuticles and on my finger tips. I really like the shape, and the staff was nice. Just frustrating to have to ask for the service to be done correctly and then still have to go home and finish it. Probably wouldn't come back here. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! Everyone was so friendly and patient and did a great job following COVID-19 guidelines. There was hand sanitizer and masks ready at the front and they did a great job keeping everything clean. Cindy, the woman who did my pedicure was very sweet and did a great job on my nails.
