One very happy customer highly highly highly recommend! This place is a hidden gem I am SO happy I…read morecame across this place on yelp for an iPhone emergency. Angel the owner is truly an angel. He's very fair, will let you know the possibilities upfront, he's not a magician but he will try to do his best and I assure you he did! His customer service was 5 stars and by all the people that were coming in to pick up their electronics I could tell he was a very fair and genuine person (not like other phone repair businesses I've gone to). Mobile iPhone Repair was the only place in the area that did not close at 5pm on a Friday night. My iPhone 14 Pro Max kept restarting on its own where I couldn't get to my Home Screen and I plugged it into iTunes and it went into restore mode with black screen and the laptop & charging cable icon. When I arrived Angel assessed my phone and advised I had a bad battery. After putting in a new battery, he plugged it into iTunes and it still wanted to go to the restore settings instead of "update". He did advise me it was probably going to erase everything which I was already fine with I just needed the phone to turn on. After going through with the process my phone turned and I was able to still access everything which was amazing! It was a 50/50 shot but a chance I was willing to take. Thank you for your expertise!

Absolutely Horrible Experience at Your Store - Immediate Attention Required…read more To the Owner of Zagg Screen Protector, I visited your store on December 30, 2025, at approximately 4:51 PM, expecting at least a minimal level of professionalism and customer service. What I encountered was an absolute nightmare. Your representative refused to even give me her name, which is a basic courtesy and a clear sign of a lazy and disrespectful employee. She was accompanied by a guy who showed zero interest in assisting me, making the entire experience infuriating. When I asked who her boss was, she couldn't provide that information. Seriously? What kind of business are you running? When a customer asks to speak to a manager, the employee should know or at least have the decency to provide that info. Instead, she had to call someone just to find out. To make matters worse, she threatened to call security on me. For what? I was a paying customer with an issue. This is beyond uncool and unprofessional. I have an account and had a legitimate problem with my ultra Samsung S23's screen protector. Instead of helping me, she told me I had to buy it again. Do you even train your employees? I was out of town attending a funeral and had no choice but to get my screen fixed on the spot. The complete lack of assistance and empathy was disgraceful. Your employees need serious training in customer service because this kind of behavior does nothing but damage your reputation. Not giving me her name or a manager's name is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. This was a horrible experience, and if I did not need the product so badly, I would never return to your store or recommend your company to anyone.

They did exactly what I asked for, and I also picked up a new case and screen protector. The repair came out excellent, and they were quick and efficient. Raul even showed me the replacement bezel and explained that it was an Apple part, which I really appreciated. After this experience, I don't see myself going back to the Apple Store for repairs. These guys were faster, straightforward, reasonably priced, and did excellent work. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need another repair. Thank you, Raul and NEUCASE!

My phone is a iPhone X, and the repair cost for this model is not cheap. I met Trung at the store. He is the sales manager and technician. He applied the discount for Thanksgiving. He said he had a cheaper option for $60 if I went for the LCD sceeen but as soon as he demonstated the differences between 2 screens, I decided to go with the oLed screen. Trung also gave me a free screen protector. Highly recommdend Trung and his dedicated job.
