I have been having trouble focusing so I checked the new prescription with my old ones and saw that they were backwards. To put this in perspective, it took about 45 minutes from check-in to complete all of my testing. To make matters worse, when I returned to the exam room, I could hear hear her and her staff laughing about the situation. Whether or not it was related to my delay, it gave the impression that my time and frustration were not being taken seriously. Please do better at communicating with your patients. We understand that schedules can run behind, but our time is valuable too.
