I first met with Lilly at the front with a very warm welcome. Next, I saw Delia for my consult. My hair is so thin and fine due to loss of hair from recent stress and life. After careful review and over 30 minutes of consulting with me, she explained that I was not a good candidate for the type of extensions she does. With that said, she ask me to wait while she consults with another co-worker. Alyssa came over and talked to me about other ways to install hair extensions and she felt like she could help me. As it turned out they just happened to have my exact color in the shop that day (they normally have to order your color). So, she played around and showed me what the outcome could look like. She just so happened to have an opening the following Tuesday for me to come in. This is normally a 3 plus hour appointment, but she made it happen. Perfect timing as I was leaving on Thursday for Atlanta for family celebrating, then the following Thursday for Vegas for vacation. She spent 5 hours with me and my hair looks Amazing. I came to chapel hair with mainly light balayage highlights & I had the crazy idea to go back to my natural color. First and foremost they're very busy so you have to book out your appointments. Rightfully so, they all do a great job from what I've seen. Parking is available outside of the location. The salon is spacious and they did a great job decorating. The vibe is very relaxed and glamorous. All of the stylist and the receptionist are so kind. It's high-end, I would say. They use products like verb and matrix. Back to my experience- I met Jen and she became my stylist. She does wonderful cuts and the color job she did to restore my natural color is still looking amazing after almost two years! She gave my hair life and dimension. I don't need much maintenance now but she is my go to for haircuts! She is very sweet and knows what she's doing! Anyway, when I contacted B Street they figured out a way to fit me in and I was ecstatic! When I arrived, I was overheated, they immediately offered me cold water and were so super friendly and down to earth. They even offered me some tips for places to visit. My stylist was Kiley, she did an amazing job on my hair, again super friendly and she even gave me a welcome to Savannah gift. I live in Delaware but I wish I was local or a regular in Savannah because I would definitely visit your salon again. I highly reccomend B Street, they were the best. Tucked away in a new and small 'strip' location, it has plenty of parking, fresh exterior, and unobtrusive signage. It's next door to So Fit on US Hwy 80 East, which can be a little tricky to find. The people there are very friendly and not at all 'foo-foo' the way some salons can be. It never felt like I was intruding on a party, the way it can at times feel when you are a newcomer! The owner spoke with me on the phone, set up my appointment with someone she felt was right for the job, and welcomed me to the salon's fold. When I went for my appointment (nice little reminder by text the day before), I met a young lady named Alexis, or Lexi, as I heard her called. She was polite, quiet, and listened to what I had I n mind. She then gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. On my return trip 6 weeks later, Lexi remembered me and again listened to a couple of revisions I had decided to implement. She did an even better job than before!! I had sent a friend there also, who needed cut, highlights, and conditioning-she reported a great experience, too. Overall, this is just a great place to go, skilled and friendly folks to work with, and results that speak for themselves - both my friend and I have gotten several compliments after having our hair done there. Oh, and guess what else? Great prices, no pushy sales job on products, and a genuine 'thank you' afterwards. My only issue was the price of the services are based on the skill of the stylist and the amount of time. So since I was with a master stylist my blowout should have been $75 opposed to the $55 that I paid and the $45 that is advertised on their price list. I will have to take a look at the price list to see if there is a running scale on the prices advertised. I questioned the price and the stylist was polite in explaining how everything is calculated. I probably won't be back because I can't afford $75 blowouts every week. I like to have my hair blown out every week so I look for more aggressive pricing.
