The receptionist "or stylist" said it would be an hour wait so I'm like ok.. because my daughter has a birthday party she wanted to go to the next day. The waiting area was full so we waited in the car. Came back at 640pm she was 3rd in line but there was still no where to sit so we went back to the car. At 650pm we tried to get back in but the doors were locked o.O . Someone came to the door and stated that we are closed are not taking anymore customer, so I'm like we're already on the list and was told to come back in an hour .. we waited for an hour for you to close the doors and lock us out... no one told us the doors would close at 7pm on top of the fact that it wasn't even 7 yet. What really took the cake is when she said in front of my daughter, "with hair like hers it would take us 2hrs to do" ... so basically you really didn't want to do her hair so you locked the doors as soon as we left the first time so you wouldn't have to and made of this stupid excuse to why you cant do it. This sickens me and my daughter was extremely hurt and bothered by it. I have no words for their actions, if your child is mixed just go somewhere else because obviously its going to take them "2hrs" and they don't have time for that.

We keep up with his hair very well and there was obviously an outline. Instead of following the normal outline to do his line up she completely rounded my sons hair line. She went so high into my sons hairline. On top of that, The top of his hair was completely uneven. I did not say anything because I didn't notice how awful it was until after we left due to chasing my one year old around the store and trying to keep him from eating hair off the floor and falling off the barber chairs. I was freaking out when I realized what she had done and I left a $7 tip on a $20 haircut. Not saying anything is my fault, and that is the only reason I haven't taken myself back there to ask for my money back. There is NO way she did not realize what she had done and how AWFUL his hair looked. If she didn't, she should not be working there. To still sit there and charge and take advantage is what made me the most upset about this whole situation. I am not mentioning any names because I am sure she knows who she is. I will take it as a win that his regular barber (45 mins away) had an opening that evening and thankfully got him looking WAY better. The last thing I wanted to do was have someone cut into my 5 year olds natural hairline and in order to fix it they had to cut into it even more. Please, please beware of this place. This is not the first bad cut we've had here but DEFINITELY the WORST. We absolutely will not be going back.
