During our trip to Copenhagen, we decided to check out Sticks'n'Sushi, and it was such a lovely…read moredining experience! We ordered the Beef Tataki, which featured seared beef fillet with miso aïoli, spring onion, crispy Jerusalem artichoke chips, shiitake mushrooms, and truffle ponzu. The combination of flavors and textures was delicious, especially the crispy chips paired with the tender beef! We also tried the Pink Alaska roll, made with salmon, avocado, cream cheese, and umeboshi sesame. It was creamy, flavorful, and a great combination of ingredients. We also ordered a tuna dish topped with delicate flakes, which was another memorable part of our meal. One of the coolest things I learned while dining here was that they place a Danish flag on your table when you're celebrating a special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary! I thought that was such a cute and thoughtful touch. It's these little cultural details that make traveling and dining in different countries so memorable! The restaurant had a stylish, modern atmosphere, making it a great spot for a date night, special occasion, or simply enjoying quality sushi while visiting Copenhagen. Definitely worth checking out if you're a sushi lover visiting Denmark!

Excellent sushi. Excellent service. Came in without a reservation around 7:30pm on a Sunday and was…read moreseated right away. The host was very nice as he showed us to our table for two. Our server was also very friendly and provided good recommendations on the menu. The place was lit dimly like what a bar would be bit it was still packed to capacity that night. After perusing the menu, we elected to ge the "As Good As It Gets" set which included a Sesame Edamame, Temaki Setto (create-your-own-handroll), Come for a Swim (hot & cold small plates), Grilled Sticks (black cod and scallops), and Nigiri (Ebi Panko & NY Subway). This was a lot but we nibbled on it pretty fast. We paired it with my Purple Rain while my wife matched it with her usual Espresso Martini. Everything we tried was fresh and great tasting. Would definitely recommend this spot to any Japanese cuisine lover.
