The place is busy but you can probably get away without having to make reservations. The restaurant is small and the boat runs around all the tables. You can grab anything that you want. The options range anywhere from salmon lox to fried prawn crackers. Other items include salmon roe, edamame, tuna roll, and ebi. They have a very large variety of sushi for a restaurant that size. I was pretty full towards the end of the meal. They also have fresh fruit on the boat for desert. This is definitely a good place to eat if you're hungry.

The broth has a nice miso depth, is only lightly spicy, and comes with nicely marinated, cold, mixed wild mushrooms, soft tofu (cold as well until the broth heats it up), and green onions. The noodles are on the thicker side and cooked nicely. Overall, this is definitely better than Mr Ramen's vegan ramen (which I had the day before), but pricier (145 vs 115 DDK). It's nothing amazing, but perhaps that's my Vancouver bias given the amazing ramen quality we have there. All in all, a solid spot for ramen CPH.

Dialed the restaurant and found out we were about 3 miles away and CPH only has taxis - so we had to walk back to the city center to hail one. Front of the house was so graceful about the whole ordeal - told us not to worry and to just get their safely. Truly took the burden off us! The food - let it take you on a head to tail journey. Incredibly well thought out food - locally foraged and harvested ingredients. A beautiful bounty of Scandinavian ingredients, manipulated with the utmost precision. Chef presented several of the courses - inspiring to hear the descriptions from the creator himself and he was so authentically engaged when we peppered him with questions. Even the small maki were delicious and the rice was perfectly flavoured in all rolls. The vietnamese spring rolls will never be my favourite and were quite boring. However the fried roll with scallops was fantastic. Now it is very difficult to leave Omakase (for the time being) in order to continue browsing sushi..but we'll be back!!
