From the beginning, he stayed in contact with me, answered my questions, and even texted me throughout the process, which made everything feel much easier. My mom and I traveled from Texas to the Bay Area, and he took such good care of us when we arrived. He patiently showed us all of our options, helped us make decisions, and was very reassuring during an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family. My fiancé, at the time, went to ask in person about the pricing/size/etc and spoke to Wilton, who said the bouquet would be anywhere from $125-175. I went with him to finalize my bouquet and spoke to Sue. I showed her my inspiration photo and told her roughly how large I wanted it to be and she said she could get it done at $150. Unfortunately, many florists are not open on Sunday and my wedding was Monday morning in SF. I asked her if the bouquet would be okay if I picked it up on Saturday. She graciously offered to let me pick it up on Sunday, even though they weren't open, as an exception since it was for our wedding - which was extremely kind of her. The bouquet was beautiful, attached below, and she packaged it with water in a cardboard box so it made for easy transportation. Sunday morning - Monday morning of my wedding - no major issues. There was a rose or two that wilted slightly, but nothing major. Pricing was extremely reasonable, I was being quoted $250+ at other locations. Very grateful for her flexibility and kindness. Would recommend and come again if I ever need flowers again!
