Derek went to the trouble of looking at my vehicle at the other guy's shop. He gave me a 'ball park' $$$ and I really trusted him from the get-go so I had my van towed to his shop in the old Lihue Industrial Park. A day later he called with a confirmation of the diagnosis and two days later he had found the needed parts and gave me a detailed quote of costs for parts, shipping and labor. A week after that I got my van back and the bill was EXACTLY what he quoted. THIS GUY IS GREAT!!!
