I had scheduled several appointments before, but had to cancel, and each time I received reminder texts and calls. Every time I have called the person I have spoken to was professional, kind and accommodating. So I finally went today and the location is clean and inviting. Very white and clinical, but modern and stylish. My wait time for my 9:45 appointment was like 2 mins and then she was ready for me. The rooms are clean, brightly lit and white. Materials clean and sterile. JaKeisha wore latex-free gloves. She was very kind, calm, and engaged in conversation with me, and my service only lasted about 15 mins total, but was professional, quick, clean. A little pain, but it was fleeting and expected. I definitely recommend! I'll be back as well.

They take care to tell you that you about they 7 minutes late policy when in fact you are only 6 minutes late. They feel it's ok to wait for your service but heaven for bid you are late they will one time. Many times I've come for my appointment on time of not before time and have been made to wait wait more than 7 minutes from my appointment. I say to the business owners to reconsider this policy as you will loose valuable customers such as myself. And receive no referrals.

She did not soak them firsthand or anything and immediately began to try to "pop" them off with another fake nail when I already explained to them both they were an acrylic overlay and not a tip. She was so rough she ripped my entire pinky toe nail off!! I've lived in LA & Atlanta and I have Never have I had that happen in my life!! After my toenail began to bleed, she tried to put GLUE on it to stop the bleeding and proceed with the pedicure!!! The most unsanitary and disgusting thing ever! Someone else had to finish removing my toenail acrylic and I was so uncomfortable. She then tried to come back and remove my finger acrylic and the minute she touched me one of my nails cracked from her yanking too hard! I had to tell her I did not want her to touch me anymore. I left with no pinky toe nail, bleeding, and literally tears swelling in the back of my eyes. Not to mention I asked for a bandaid and she rubbed a liquid bandage over an OPEN wound and would not verify if the applicator was brand new or not. Leaving me open to infections from their negligence and rough practices! I'm now home and my toenail is in pain. I will be going to the ER tomorrow and am documenting EVERYTHING, because if I have to sue, I will! I'm extremely serious. This is the worst thing that has ever happened. Shortly afterward, I was informed that she could no longer accommodate me as a client because she was no longer taking on additional clients, needed to prioritize her existing clientele, and had significant business and personal obligations requiring her attention. While I respect any business owner's right to limit their schedule or prioritize existing clientele, I found the experience professionally dismissive and unacceptable. Had I known there was a possibility that ongoing appointments would not be available, I would have chosen an artist with the capacity to take on a long-term client from the start. I genuinely asked whether I had done or said anything that had caused an issue, as the sudden change in direction felt unexpected. I also asked if there were any other lash artists she would recommend so I could continue my lash care elsewhere, but no recommendations were provided. It was especially frustrating because the timing. This occurred the week of my engagement photos, Father's Day, and an upcoming beach trip, leaving me scrambling to find another artist while in the middle of a lash transition. What really bothered me was the double standard. Brianna maintains a strict cancellation policy for her clients, yet my fill appointment was canceled at 7:21 PM less than 24 hours before it was scheduled. Had I canceled with that amount of notice, I would have been charged. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another lash artist during an important week. At the very least, she could have honored the appointment that was already scheduled during my initial service and informed me then that she would not be able to accommodate me moving forward. If you're looking for a one-time appointment or you're already an established client, your experience may be different. However, if you're specifically searching for a long-term lash artist, I would strongly encourage discussing future scheduling availability before investing time and money into transitioning your lashes. I honestly can't give a meaningful review of her lash work itself because approximately 80% of the lashes on my eyes were still from my previous artist, and Brianna was primarily filling over an existing set rather than creating a new one from scratch. I also was not a fan of the appearance of the adhesive. The lashes had a shiny, almost glazed finish rather than the more natural matte look I was accustomed to from previous sets.
