I thought this over and my rating would be 3.5 stars and that's only based on skill. Amanda does a good job, not super IMO. I've gone for about 4 months and finally decided to part ways after my last visit. Amanda doesn't make me feel welcome. She was never conversational with me (I know we can't have a full on convo during lashing) but she just comes off cold. Plus, I am generally waiting on her to arrive. She was consistently 1-2 mins late for my appointments. That may not matter to many people but this isn't a doctor's office! Couldn't imagine my hair stylist showing up late to my hair appointment. But what did it was listening to the banter between her and her partner. Instead of discussing their personal lives, perhaps interact with your clients! I shouldn't be hearing talk about other clients and Amanda certainly shouldn't be sneaking in texts while working on me. Just a real and honest observation on my part. I love my lashes & as of now 2 months in I plan on splurging on lashes instead of nails. I love the look---went with GLAM! Go big or go home! She takes her time making sure your eye lashes look long, full and stunning while maintaining that natural look you won't even need to apply mascara anymore. What girl doesn't want to fool everyone thinking her luscious lashes are truly hers? My skin in general is very sensitive skin to chemicals and knowing that her lash products are hypo-allergenic is a plus. You don't need to worry about itchy, irritated eyes after the application. No one answered on the phone, so I sent an inquiry via email. 2 weeks later, no response so I sent an inquiry through the appointment scheduling page on the website. I received an answer saying my requested appointment time was not available. I followed up, 3 days later, requesting a time she had said was available. I didn't hear back from her (this was in November). I followed up in December. No response. I followed up in January. No response. I called today and just like every other time I've called, no response. I tried to send another communication via the appointment scheduling page but now it requires $50.00 to send that email. I was super excited about trying this service but I have never experienced such non-existent customer service. I advise that you NOT pay $50.00 to schedule an appointment, especially when you may never hear back from the business! read more

I bought the full set w/ fill-in. Amanda did a great job (which I heavily tipped) and recommended I return in 2-3 weeks for the fill in. This is where it gets disturbing...I tried to set up an online appt. There was nothing available for 4 weeks. I called and texted Amanda and received no return call or text. Now my groupon means nothing. If Vixen is selling these Groupons they should be staffed appropriately to handle the volume or not offer full-sets w/ fill in because you will never get the fill-in at the time that is needed.
