Every time I have called the person I have spoken to was professional, kind and accommodating. So I finally went today and the location is clean and inviting. Very white and clinical, but modern and stylish. My wait time for my 9:45 appointment was like 2 mins and then she was ready for me. The rooms are clean, brightly lit and white. Materials clean and sterile. JaKeisha wore latex-free gloves. She was very kind, calm, and engaged in conversation with me, and my service only lasted about 15 mins total, but was professional, quick, clean. A little pain, but it was fleeting and expected.
