Whenever I take on a home project or repair, I make it a point to do my due diligence--getting multiple quotes and evaluating companies based on their thoroughness, transparency, customer experience, and ultimately, the quality of their work. Rene and his team stood out immediately and exceeded expectations in every category. The inspection alone was incredibly thorough. They took the time to walk me through everything in detail, explaining not just what they found but why it mattered and how it should be addressed. I walked away feeling much more informed and confident, which is rare. Their customer service was just as impressive. Rene and his team were extremely responsive--any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly and thoughtfully via email. What really stood out was how much Rene valued communication. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions--in fact, he welcomed them and made me feel like a top priority throughout the entire process. And the results speak for themselves. The quality of the work was outstanding. On top of that, Rene even identified and treated additional drywood termite areas with care, without charging extra. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to come by these days. It's not easy to find companies you can genuinely trust, especially in this space where it's easy to feel taken advantage of. That's why I truly appreciate professionals like Rene and his team. They are knowledgeable, honest, and take pride in doing things the right way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work. This is a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
