Quick service. Amazing workers here. Always willing to help people and reasonable prices. If you need tires, come here.

Returning customer. Another great experience at Katz! Friendly service and great pricing. Needed another alignment. $100 + tax, 30-day guarantee, and this is for an AWD SUV. Walk in service so this visit was about 1 1/2 hours wait but there were 2 cars in front of me. I have had a couple of alignments and love this place for tire plugs and patching. Highly recommend the E. Livingston/Bexley location. read more

Quick and easy and VERY CHEAP fix with a screw in my tire from who knows what construction site in this city. 5 minutes I was in and out

This place is the best for a leaking tire. They are fast and don't over charge. Pulled right in and was seen right away. I was on the road in 15 minutes after a quick identification of a nail repair. read more

Katz Tires - Living in Cbus means we go thru tires with the endless potholes and construction. This place has your back. Super impressed. - Wheel & Rim Repair Near Me - Bexley, Ohio

I got a flat tire in the neighborhood and dropped off my car that evening in their drive way. The next morning they contacted me and while they weren't able to fix or replace my tire ( size was back ordered all over town in several brands). They tried patching up my existing tire and finally ended up placing the spare /donut on for me after said tire was a no-go. They made a few recommendations on how to deal with the back order issues and didn't charge me for the work/hassle. You don't see this kind of service often and is a clear sign of a dedicated and honest team . Will definitely be back to tire and service in the future. read more

I have had to have my tires plugged on my car numerous times. Each time I am in and out within 20 minutes. They have never tried to sell me a new tire - as a patch up has always done the trick. Super fast and friendly staff. read more

In and out in 30 minutes with very reasonably priced tires. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Always treats me right. Had a flat. Drove in. Needed exact match with all wheel drive. Called warehouse and sent a guy to get the tire. All done. back on road under an hour. Kind of a throw back to old school business. No bells and whistles or hour long lectures on what services you "need". Just great tires, prices and service. read more

Super nice guys here got me a new tire quickly and got me back on the road safely. I wish they had been wearing masks when we were in the small office, though. read more

I have specialty tires and the guys took a lot of time to locate the tires and give me a reasonable price. They were all very kind and considerate of my time. Had me in and out with four new tires very quickly! Honest and fair! read more

The BEST! I arrived at Katz after being totally taken advantage of at my dealership over a tire repair. I only wish I had gotten the name of the man that helped me today so that I could recommend his services. He was so kind and down to earth, no big sales pitch, no confusing terms, no big fuss -- I just said I need my tire fixed and he said he would take care of me. Four (yes, literally 4) minutes later, my tire was repaired and back on my car ready to go. It was the least stressful and most convenient car repair experience I have had in my LIFE. I felt like (for once) I could just trust what I was hearing. Katz will now be my first choice every time. read more

I called Billy at Katz Tire for 4 new tires and he not only directed me quickly to options for my car, but he recommended Nexen in particular because their a little lower priced and have great quality. He ordered them in that afternoon. I stopped in the next morning at 8 am to get them put on. When I walked in Billy showed me two Nexen options for my car. He talked me through the differences of each and I selected one. His man had my car up on jacks quickly, took my old tires off, and had the new ones installed quickly. I selected tires slightly different size than the OEM size. Billy made sure I had all the clearance that I needed before I left so he checked all the tires and turned my steering wheel both ways to insure I had plenty of clearance. I was good to go. I recommend Billy and his crew at Katz Tire on Livingston very highly. He's looking out for you as a customer and knows that if you are treated right than you will come back. I'll go to Katz for all my tire needs from now on. Thanks Billy and crew! read more

I was visiting Ohio from the east coast and had a slow leak. I kept putting air in my tire but figured something was up every time the pressure went low. After arriving to Katz which I found on google maps, there was only one other customer there and two guys working on his tires. The one walking around quickly greeted me and showed me where to pull in. The other gentleman was on the ground changing the tires for the other car. He quickly got up and worked in my car, found a nail and gave me the price after plugging my tire. I went to pull off and get o the road but noticed that of course my tire pressure was still low. I got out and asked if they had an air pump I could use. The guy who plugged my tire said that I should drive on it first to get the pressure and if I need the pump then to come back. Well I knew I'd need air. I decided not to come back and went elsewhere. They served their purpose. read more

They did a speedy job of balancing and rotating my tires. However, when they were done I went to the gas station to check air pressure and found that the tires varied from 24 to 34 psi. I think that correcting the air pressure ought to be included in a $40 balance and rotate job. When they put the tires back on your car they should be ready to go and not need additional service. As a general word of advice, whenever you take your car in for service don't assume that everything has been checked and fixed. Always double check the work yourself. read more

Josh is my hero! I pulled up with a donut, and less than 15 minutes later I pulled away with a repaired tire! He was so friendly and so quick! I was dreading having to purchase a new tire, but he fixed me up and sent me on my way. They also refilled the spare and put it back for me and checked the condition of the other three tires. Customer for life! read more

These guys have been in business forever, and for good reason. I pulled up at 8:15, right after they opened, and was greeted before I even parked and directed into a parking spot. He offered to patch the hole for $10 in 5 minutes but also showed me the wear on the tire and recommended 4 new tires before winter for safety. I believe him; my mechanic said this too a few weeks ago but I've been busy. He was very sensitive to the cost of this and offered to patch it now if I wanted to come back in a few weeks for new tires. I appreciate this non-pushy communication. I was offered coffee by 3 people; by the third I finally said yes, like you might your hospitable grandmother. The place itself is a little rough around the edges and is right on the border between Bexley and Driving Park, but I was there for a mere 20 minutes while the whipped my new tires into place. read more

The Sunday before Christmas, I was on my way to have lunch with my grandparents who live out of town. I picked up a screw in my tire before I got too far down the road, which could have completely ruined the whole day. The guys at Katz plugged my tire as soon as I got there. 15 minutes and I was back on the road. They only charged me $10, too. They get an A+++ for helping out someone in need. I will go there when I need to buy tires, for sure. Thank you so much!!! read more

Contacted them on fb, told the I have a 2500 pickup, dude quoted me for mud tires which most people want road tires....then quoted me car tires instead of the stock 10ply load e tires, it was like pulling teeth to get a quote for normal stock tires for my truck. I just had a VERY positive experience with Katz Tires. I took my car to the Subaru dealership this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would need new tires but it didn't seem urgent. Ironically, an hour later on my way to pick my daughter up from preschool I had a flat tire. And by flat I mean VERY flat. I was able to get to Katz on Livingston. They could have absolutely taken advantage of me. I would have literally had to be towed to another tire store. John and Sam treated me with a lot of respect and dignity. I had my 18 month old with me so they made me a priority. I feel like I got a very fair price for my tires, I was in and out with 4 new tires in about 45 minutes and the men in the shop could not have been nicer or more polite. We purchased new tires from Tire Discounters at Easton for my husband about 6 months ago and it took 4.5 hours for them to fit us in (with an appointment). I am now such a fan of this store. read more
