My 8-year-old daughter and I went in. the waiting room alone was definitely something to see. even though the tickets were slightly expensive at the time they have gone down since then by half. we started to walk through the exhibit I was floored. the amount of time effort and energy and creativity the people that put this together did in this space is far from just saying its amazing! ITS FREAKING PHENOMENAL! Each exhibit is well thought out and they are all awesome photo ops. We had a blast! A year later I took my 17-year-old son. The price went down but also some of the exhibits were gone. I was informed that they were building something else in place of, but was disappointed because a couple of my favorite exhibits were now missing. the rain room was awesome, but it's gone now. I think they should bring it back because walking through a rainstorm and not getting a single drop of rain on you is mind blowing. The fact that I can bring both of my children with huge age gaps and interests and both of them found this place to be interesting, fun and unforgettable is really all that has to be said.

Seismique Houston - Chambers' 16th Birthday!…read more We celebrated Chambers' 16th birthday with two of his friends and purchased our tickets through Groupon! I appreciate the creativity, imagination, and work that went into bringing Seismique to life. The interactive exhibits were extraordinary and definitely made for some fun pictures and memories! However, the overall experience was smaller and much shorter than we expected. We were also disappointed to discover that mini golf wasn't included in our ticket package, as we had understood it would be. While we enjoyed celebrating this special occasion, I wish there had been more to explore and a little more value for the money spent. A unique experience, but definitely one I'd recommend checking the package details and inclusions for before purchasing!

Fabulous visit for a mini day trip, went went on a Saturday shortly after open & parking wasn't too…read moreshabby. We did not buy advance ticket, the line didn't take that long to get through anyways. We didn't do any special exhibits (I don't think there were any at the time) but there is plenty to see that will take some time to get through. Guest speakers, tram rides, sites outside, & a good time indoors. We went the weekend after Labor Day, there was no additional charge for our tram ride. Something to add to your list if your in the area or willing to drive a few hours (DFW), it's worth it. I do see people mentioned the food is pricey... there are so many places close by if you want other options. Staff seemed pretty happy to be there, they are big on pitching the souvenir photo sales.

One all-day ticket was a little over $30. I went midweek, it wasn't overly crowded despite being a Summer day. You can get your picture taken as you enter, the photos are available for purchase upon entering. I saved the samples on my phone, there's watermarks, but I'll make My experience of witnessing the collection of NASA astronaut suits, prototypes, and rockets at SCH will forever stay with me. I took a free tram tour to the astronaut training facility on the NASA campus and saw a few projects in development. Afterwards, I went to Rocket Park and observed the Saturn rocket. It's MASSIVE and incredibly impressive. I made my way back to SCH's main building and picked up a cold brew at Grounds Control a cute coffee shop inside a NASA food hall. Next, I saw a film called Moonwalkers inside SCH's large screening room. The room was filled with wall-to-wall light effects and imagery! Lastly, I bought loads of NASA merch like shirts, hats, magnets, and pins. The front lobby has incredible medallions, I bought one of each.
