I did read some people said they tried to sell you on services or plans, or say you needed x, y, z done when they didn't think they needed that done, but I did not experience that at all. They gave a thorough evaluation and honest. Due to my failed first root canal, I developed a bad dental anxiety. They did not once dismiss my feeling. On top of that, they tried to pressure me into getting new X-rays even though my previous X-rays were taken less than six months ago. When I questioned the need for additional X-rays, they continued pushing for them and ultimately refused to perform my scheduled teeth cleaning because I declined. Another concern is the constant staff turnover. Over the years, I've had three different hygienists, which makes the office feel very inconsistent and unorganized. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling services than patient care. I'll definitely be finding a new dentist.

The first time I called a lady answered and stated they didn't take my mother dental insurance. I hung up but something said call back. Veronica answered, took my mothers information and stated she would call back. She did. I was able to connect Veronica, my mother and I on a conference call while we set up her next appointment which we were offered two options all within 48 hours. Veronica was very patient, kind and professional. My mother was able to see Dr.Ruiz within a couple of days and she was pleased with the care. She also appreciated Veronica coming to introduce herself during her appointment. My mother has a follow up next week and plans to continue care with Dr.Ruiz.
