I had several pest Give me an Give me a quote. The representative from Kat's was very professional. No high pressure to sign on immediately. Since then I have accepted their proposal. We worked out a mutually acceptable program start date. Manny their technician did the initial appointment to seal all access points including any repairs that needed to be made and set traps. I was recommended Kat's Pest and had a wonderful experience. I had a rat issue in my attic, and Jimmy came over right away to help. He did a fantastic job sealing up every possible entry point--installing screens and covering up even the smallest holes where rats could get in. (I had bought the house as fixer-upper at auction. It had been vacant for months, which is when the rats probably came in.) Kat was great. Kathy has been servicing my house for several years now. I live close to the hills and Kat and/or her son come monthly to "feed" the rats via bait stations. We had a previous company who just could not figure out how the BIG and nasty rats were getting into the attic and nesting. Well Kat found the small holes in the dormers they had made and sealed them up. She also put out pellets for the ants, after I asked her to not spray chemicals because I didn't want the bees killed. We have an older home with tile roof (1920s). Steven and Anthony were able to work all over the roof with great care sealing any possible openings without any damage to tiles. Tanya will schedule all the work around weather and what the traps find. Steven and Anthony got into locations in our attic that I did not know were accessible. Steven is a knowledgeable builder with solutions for just about any issue that we came across. They set traps and after being certain that the home had been completely sealed they completely removed all soiled areas of insulation, scrubbed with disinfectant and then replaced all insulation. Expect the best customer service! I live close to the Arroyo and fight rats regularly. There was one visiting my kitchen on a regular basis. Steve has been up on the roof, all around the outside of the house, in the attic and down in the basement setting traps and closing every single spot where they could possibly be getting in, even the garage door where the cement is not even. He finally decided to try sticky traps. It worked a few hours later when the house was quiet and everyone went to bed. My dogs started barking and I heard scrambling and a screech. The rat was caught and I was going to listen to the dogs and the rat all night. I texted Steve (it was about 10:30 pm) and he said he had another late client and would stop by first and get the rat under my stove who was now half out from under the stove! Steve is my new hero!
