It needed to be washed in order to get rid of the remodeling dust and dirt it was exposed to for a couple of months while contractors used our garage as their workshop while doing a couple of bid projects in our house. The woman running the place on Easter Sunday was pleasant and helpful on the phone and remembered me when I turned up. She did everything for me except loading/unloading the machine. Her advice about the right amount of detergent based on the machine type was spot-on and prevented what would have been a horrible mess (and at least another $9) had I followed the car cover manufacturer's instructions instead. The car cover looks great! So does the car that was underneath it all winter...

I was a little skeptical about using my phone to start the washing machines, but now I LOVE it! The washers and dryers worked perfectly and left my clothes feeling fresh and clean. What impressed me was the high standard of cleanliness thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff. They were constantly making rounds, wiping down machines, sweeping floors, and ensuring that everything stayed sanitary. With free Wi-Fi, ample laundry carts and washers/dryers, and reasonable pricing, it made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this place.

There were no helpful attendants, just one young woman, for whom you had to ring a bell and then patiently wait for her to appear. There was some pantomime between us as her English wasn't good enough to fluently answer questions about USING THE LAUNDRY MACHINES!!! Argh... I just wanted to know which washer was big enough to handle my heavy runner... Anyway, I loaded a big washer, put in my money and detergent, and waited till it stopped spinning. It was the middle of a Monday afternoon and there were only three other customers. The Jerry Springer Show was blasting on the TV. There were numerous signs saying you had to wear a mask and to wait for your laundry to finish in your car, but no one was paying attention and the attendant was the only one without a mask. This place has a by-the-pound dry cleaning machine, which I'd never seen before. I'll try it out when winter's over and it's time to dry clean sweaters and coats but I think I'll go elsewhere for heavy laundry loads. There is no free dryer use here, like others I've been to.

I am so ready to be out of my current apartment complex, and honestly, the laundry situation with…read morethe machines ran by this company is a huge reason why. The machines are not maintained well at all. I had to jump through countless hoops just to get a massive buildup of mold and mildew that was on ALL of the machines cleaned. On top of that, their customer service is awful. They make it pretty clear that they would rather be doing anything other than helping or talking to you. And even when the machines are technically working, they don't work well. I could put three articles of clothing in a washer, select the heavy soil cycle, and when the cycle is finished, the clothes feel like they were barely spritzed with water. The dryers aren't much better. Clothes still come out damp, even with small loads and the highest heat setting. Laundry shouldn't be this difficult or frustrating, especially when using their machines is essentially the only viable option available to residents. If the place you're considering living uses Hoppy's laundry machines, RUN.
