First of all, his business card (my first point of contact) claims carpenter as his trade - and he is not a carpenter. Mr. Rush complained from the moment he arrived about everything from the weather to his own lack of energy. He went through expensive materials that needed to be replaced and I was forced to run out buy them out of pocket, he had no assistant and he really should have had. The work was a disgrace, and when I approached him to either refund or redo the work, he refused to eve discuss it. I had to hire a company this year for a complete re-do...it looks great now!
